Misleading title and description; not actually misleading since they're telling the truth but it feels like I've been scammed. You would expect a novel not taking itself seriously from a title and description like that, however, it really isn't that kind.

It's a slow-paced novel. The writing style is peaceful and calm. You can easily imagine the world surrounding the characters when reading this novel.

The narrator is quite unreliable. Nothing is explicitly mentioned to the reader. The questions we're curious about are not answered and the story is mostly unfolded without... more>> prior explication. However, just like puzzle pieces, we can easily piece the story back together. The mystery surrounding the characters is beautiful in its own right.

The novel has original characters. Ambiguous and abstract concepts always and only used as concepts in "Tower-like stories" are personified. Understanding the characters remains something vague but it's a refreshing breath of air. <<less
