The Royal Academy is a mysterious school that combines the solemn appearance reminiscent of a medieval cathedral with modern facilities used in daily life such as cutting-edge electronic blackboards and IC cards. Asagiri Shinya, a second-year high school student, is busy with club activities every day, but he wants to cherish the time he spends with his lover Yui.

One Friday, when his club activities are on a temporary break, Shinya is enthusiastic to, “I’ll definitely go home early today!” But, after school, he runs into a series of problems, such as getting his foot stepped on in the hallway and realizing that he forgot his smartphone. Moreover, the medieval-esque vast school building is intricately intertwined like a maze, making it difficult to reach the school gate.

While shambling around the school ground on his injured leg, he gets caught up in a scene where he accidentally bumps into a female student, and before he realizes it, his return home keeps getting later. Now, will Shinya be able to safely return home to Yui who is waiting for him?
