A person who was so outwardly unaffected by his suffering that he didn't receive any empathy throughout his entire life including from his family decides he wants to look frail in his next life and receive positive attention instead.

But not only does his gender change, but he looks so ill that people keep denying him regular food, thinking he can't stomach it, and people constantly call for ambulances or the police, which ends up being disruptive rather than helpful because there's no real issue.

So far, it's been very entertaining, but... more>> with the occasionally hectic pursuit of food, the story hasn't progressed much yet, so it's hard to say anything about the plot or characters (and I don't want to spoil the little that does happen).

Overall a hilarious mix of misunderstandings, gender bending, and reincarnation. <<less
