Li Feng is probably the unluckiest person to transmigrate. A typhoon appeared out of nowhere and, in the end, Li Feng’s body was unexpectedly hit by a lightning bolt. Then, his soul left his body and he transmigrated. Li Fen didn’t mind transmigrating because maybe he could find his Mr. Right. However, he instantly wanted to die again!

His stomach was big from being pregnant! But he was still a man!

Oh, God, why did you strike me with lightning and send me here?! What kind of world was this? Why did he have to have children when he was a man? What was this place? Why was he surrounded by primitive people? They were running around barefoot with animal hide clothing and their unkempt hair down!

Just the typical slice of life in a primitive world with no annoying family drama. MC isn't OP, he's a pretty regular guy that got transmigrated in a different era. No golden finger whatsoever, just his own knowledge from experience.

His soul was swapped with the body owner, so the og Feng got Transmigrated to Li Feng's modern body. It was a HE for both.

Mc's body is unique, there are no gers/"females" just like in other stories, it just so happened that his body was able to conceive, and he's the only one in their tribe. ML is a loving and supporting guy that loves the MC. MC on the other hand started off as denying his feelings at first, but in the end fell in love with ML.

I guess what I disliked is it can get a bit boring? I honestly speed read a few chapters til something interesting happened.

Overall, if you have time to kill, you can read this.

Ps: gonna wait for more chapters to be translated so I can reread this sometime. The MTL kinda fried my brain a bit. <<less

Honestly, not bad if you enjoy slice of life, farming, and poor-to-rich development. It's definitely not for everyone, and can even be considered boring (especially because the author's writing style is more tell rather than show --- like they're writing a summary rather than a novel xD).

However, if you're like me and you enjoy the aforementioned tropes, then this is something that can be read when you have free time. The only reason I stopped reading is that I'm antsy for something a little more lively. Plus, the MTL, while... more>> at least 70% readable, is still a bit dizzying. There are so many name errors (The MC is called Li Feng, the ML Li, and the original owner Feng. The author changes it later, but still, I kept seeing them call the ML Li Feng, and the MC Li, etc., etc.)

SUMMARY:

The MC, Li Feng, is a journalist that ends up transmigrating after being struck by lightning. When he came to, he was in the process of giving birth (as a male XD), but he doesn't really register this. The first thing he registers upon waking up later is that he has been transmigrated into a primitive era. And, unlike other primitive-era novels, where the characters are either beastkin or the like, the humans here cannot be any more normal. As such, the MC doesn't have any other golden finger outside of the modern knowledge he brought with him upon transmigration. As for the ML, he was already together with the original owner before the MC transmigrated, and their relationship wasn't bad. It's just, I guess, in ancient times, people didn't really care much for their partners. Or, at least, not to the point that they noticed them changing so significantly lol.

THOUGHTS:

Outside of what I mentioned in the beginning, the story has a lot of other small issues. When it comes down to it, it's a self-indulgent slice of life novel (similar to the other low-quality ancient china farming novels that you see where the development is mainly on making money or infrastructure-building -- the characters are secondary and it's not the most realistic.) Because of this, I wouldn't recommend reading it unless you just happen to be interested in such tropes. I happen to be that kind of person, so I plan to come back to reread it later lolol XD low-quality or whatnot. It's readable and to my taste, so why not? AH, but I won't be rating this until I reread it later. <<less

Peaceful slice of life.

I was hoping to find a primitive / tribal society novel where they try to survive and has some action/adventure. This novel is very peaceful if you are looking for something sweet and peaceful. MC also seems really generous since he freely teaches others what he knows.

I really like this story it is such a amazing and comfortable story, I re-read it so many time. I like how the author write about their daily life step by step so reader can enjoy it, especially the babie he is super adorable 🥹, I go read the Chinese raw using mtl it is not that bad still understandable but I think it would be better if they continue the translation, hopefully someone will pick it up 😊

chapter 40. I dont know If MC was too sensitive or im too insensitive. I did not see any problem with the patriarchs question about what MC wants to do and Ka wanting to help with MCs experiment on the rice (which came from Kas tribe.) I just felt like patriarchs question was the same as asking " what you want to eat?" Or " how was your day?"

It might be because the author wants to add drama. Although I dont see drama in it.
