Have lost count of the number of CN web novels I have read (Yaoi and non-yaoi combined) but I don't think I have read anything even remotely similar to this story. Very refreshing. It really makes you ponder upon the thought process of someone battling with a mental disorder, be it of any sort, and how it should never be taken lightly. Kudos to the translator for their brilliant work. Looking forward to reading other works of the author. Xoxo.

Reading this felt like eating boiled eggs, biting off too much and feeling like you're about to choke to death.

The unpleasantness of the sensation of the lump in your throat threatening your life can't be washed down by whatever drink you gulp down in panic, but the eggs taste so good that you keep on going. In the end, when all you're left with are yolk crumbs, you still find yourself wondering if you could still have more.

That's what this story is.

This is too heartbreaking... And with the author's poetry writing to convey the feelings and emotions of Shen Dongyu makes it more heartbreaking... This books is such a masterpiece but.. I can't finish the angst... It's too much for me... But the writer is so awesome
