Which means she explains things for them (and for the reader). She also has no problems sharing her skills, training others, and sharing recipes. Eventually she opens her own clinic with the intent to eventually expand her practice. This is her main journey or quest so to speak. She meets patients, business people, and manages employees. She also is completely open to learning new things and integrating modern technology into her practice. Even though she has godly medical skills, her friends do not and she fully understands it is not realistic for her to do everything by herself. This is a slow life story about a real doctor doing real doctor things, with a little bit of help from decades of experience in another world
