The novel had an interesting potential; combining the Gender Bender genre and the Monsters Gates setting. Unfortunately, it turned out... bad. This might be a rant but, trust me, it still is a review.

Long story short, MC gets contracted by an unknown constellation and turns into a girl in exchange for being granted S-rank powers.

The gender bender aspect is just there to look pretty. The Main Character casually accepts it as if it was a normal Tuesday. Idk about you but I'd freak out/be upset if I suddenly turned into... more>> the opposite gender.

Even if you were to ignore the gender bender, she seems so... unfazed about her new situation. Like bud, you were struggling like a dog eating scraps and after gaining the status of an emperor you're not even rejoicing. "I look forward working with you, constellation." Buddy, you're not that guy, there is not a single emotion in that line 😭😭.

The MC's thoughts and personality is shallow. She's an introverted loner, kind of, but the narration is monotone and there is nothing special going on. It probably gets better afterwards, but this kind of thing should be established since the beginning.

The power system is slightly original. It's refreshing to see something new that diverges from the norm, even if it's a minor change. It could be further developed, though. Examples of what could be developed in spoilers:

What's the advantages/disadvantages of awakening as a S-Rank vs growing and reaching S-rank through one's own efforts? Minor stuff that adds a layer to the power system. It's not hard to do that, it can be explained through any POV.

Pacing is too fast, in my opinion. There wasn't enough time to build rapport yet the relationships between characters feel like they're besties. It's as if I accidentally clicked on a late chapter where everyone's relations have been explained already.
