They could use the terms like Awakener, fight monsters, go into Gates/Dungeons, or basically be indistinguishable from regular Hunter novels except that they have Esper/Sentinel & Guide powers. Series that have related elements (monsters invading Earth from other dimensions even without Gates/Dungeons, etc.) are also included. 

A lot of Guideverse novels are kinda borderline on whether or not they're "Hunter/Awakener", and some series' settings technically have Hunter elements but the Hunter stuff is never actually seen in-story and might as well not exist at all. This list has those too.
