hard emphasis in my preference for sci-fi, drama, sloww romance (or none?), heavy world building, and tear-jerkers :')
but this list will have a varietyy, putting it out there- some of these are not romances at all, but all are very well written with good plots!! don't be afraid to try them out :)

side note- I have no preference towards mlm type novels, not that it matters, but it just turned out they're a good chunk of this list (probably because its quite mainstream in China LOL). its always good to expand your reading portfolio!! let me know in the comments what you think if you do read any and would like to share! <<less
