At Hiiragigaoka Academy, the student council and the club alliance are at odds. Leading the fray are the student council president, the “ice-cold glasses guy” Higashiguchi Makita, and the carefree, charismatic club alliance representative, Nishimaru Nanna—archenemies embodying their respective factions. Their encounters always end in heated arguments. But one day after school, Nanna shows up at the study room where Makita goes alone.
