Adding fuel to the fire, during their meeting, the Demon Venerable Hui Xing openly displayed his strong interest in Xue Qianshao. He confessed that he had been attacked by a furnace, carrying a sinister curse and hidden injuries, and wanted Xue Qianshao to help him heal through dual cultivation. Additionally, he used the old debts with Tai Kun Mountain as leverage to coerce and entice Xue Qianshao into agreeing.

Xue Qianshao is no pushover either. However, with the situation in the Demon Realm being intense and bound by the pact with the Demon Venerable Hui Xing, they are both enemies and allies, and must ultimately join forces to fight against common enemies.
