Narita Masayoshi, a police officer with an overwhelming sense of justice, despaired at a world lacking true justice and took his own life. However, a god who lamented Masayoshi's circumstances granted him the power to enact justice, reincarnating him into another world as a girl named Themis.
Yet, the new world Themis arrived in was not what she had hoped for. It was a world where a few powerful individuals indulged in pleasures at the expense of the weak, and the weak, as a foolish majority, trampled on the righteous few.
