A... more>> common trait is probably gonna be the MC being Male and at least somewhat straightforward; there might be some rare cases where I can brush over him being a little dense (only in romance) if theres something else in the story like training and a leveling system and him working hard but then the heroine(s) carry the romance until he comes around even if just in a subtle way. After reading like dozens, maybe even hundreds of isekai(more like fantasy), these are some of the good one that aren't that well known, or at least they got unique theme.
