Well written, (mostly) well translated and, as the name of the list says, they feel like they were written for grown up readers. If they have a romantic element, they generally show (more or less) equal partnerships and they have well developed plots and characters.... more>>

And no, when I say they're for adults, I don't mean *adult* like that!  (Though tbf, since they're suitable for grown ups, when s*x is the appropriate thing to happen, it happens.)
