sometimes you just want to read a novel where a dude transmigrates into a novel and has to go to the academy, this person will then meet the princess of the kingdom and many more, perhaps even the saintess or an elf from somewhere. Even though you can predict how the plot will progress most of the time, these novels are fun to read every now and then.

If that's what you're looking for then this list might be for you!
Some of these stand out from the others, but most of it is very mid slop.

Most harem series on this list are academy stories because to me fantasy-academy-harem are just really entertaining. The rating themself aren't based on romance or story, they're based purely on my enjoyment of the story as a whole.

The ratings are definitely way higher than most of the series' deserve, but idc, i'm not taking it that seriously.

Oh btw this list does/ will have some r18/ yuri/ ts yuri stories on it (no yaoi/ straight ts though)
