It’s rather... more>> hard to find novels that truly are interested in this kind of fantasy genre though, so I’ll collect them here. This will not include high fantasy with a vague medieval type of outline or fantastical european ambiance, like the common setting you’d see with many… many stories here. The main criteria is a down to earth perspective from the main character traversing the world. A world that’s more real than what’d usually be depicted and a more standardized era instead of a messy collage of whatever the author thought sounded cool. <<less
