I feel like I can understand these two because I also managed to have this kind of misunderstanding with my friend for a long time. I thought she was deaf on the right ear since she always lean her left ear when we talk. She also thought that I am a bit deaf since I didn't hear clearly and needed to listen many times. So we yelled at each other when we talk. We only realized we can hear okay when her mother asked why we yell at each other... more>> lmao (mind you, we did that for a year) Realized, its just her habit since her grandma let's her lean on the left side all her days and me just having a short attention span.

Anyway, its a good read. Comedy at its whole plot, its either you will die from second hand embarrassment when they misunderstood each other everyday or die from the huge amount of dog food fed to you. Read this if you want something quick and light hearted. <<less

I LOVE misunderstandings. That said, I didn't really like it when the misunderstanding drags on until the end. This made it so painful to read.

At first, it's cute and all.. But got really stale when it got to chapter 20 or something. Mind you, it ended at chapter 27. By that time, I read this thinking, "Just let this end already!". And I didn't want to read a novel thinking like that. I wanted to enjoy reading one.

This probably was funny for some people, but not for me.

OMG this is so hilarious and entertaining. Brainless ? Yes! That's why this is good for tired brain. Fresh comedy. No cliche romance and plot. Those 2 morons.. I cant... :D And the housekeeper is truly invincible and rotten.

Well. Reading the synopsis, I thought it will be quite amusing. But well at first it was amusing. But when the misunderstanding got pretty long even after chapter 26. Well that's sure is boring. The plot is unique for a short novel. It is quite funny although it was nonsense. Well everything can happen in a novel. But it wasn't really enjoyable for me. Although it was fine to pass the time.

Sweet and full of nonsense novella. Leave your brain at the door, you've been warned.

It's a good enough snack if you have some time to kill or need to rest your brain/heart. The humor is based on nonsensical misunderstanding so if that's not your thing then probably you'll be annoyed by it. The writing is shallow and there's nothing deep with the plot.

MC is a crazy face con actor with nympho rumour he's a virg*n.

They both have loads of misunderstandings for each other and ngl it gives for some second hand embarrassment. It'll be resolved but kind of hastily.

These people...I am speechless! Their brain circuits are on completely different wavelengths! And yet somehow it works out that they just keep wanting spoil each other more. I have to admit to being curious as to what happens when all the misunderstandings (that they don't even know they have) are figured out.

In the meantime, I'll continue to laugh so hard I cry cuz some of these scenarios are pricelessly hilarious!

The current rating of this novel is a bit low in my opinion.

This novel is full of misunderstandings, but that's for the sake of humor and no unnecessary angst is there.

So they both think they are the 'golden master' for each other, and this continues till the wedding. But thankfully they resolve it before the wedding actually occurs.

This novel is funny and fluffy and really cute to read. The MC and ML definitely have a lot to learn regarding communication, but that's the fun part. I found the misunderstandings hilarious.... more>> And I absolutely adore the MC. He is so so cute. If I was the president CEO I would def raise him lol. <<less

This is the second novel of sweet cute misunerstanding ever I've ever read. Their misunderstanding things are always messy but everthing seems to be in sync tho the two protagonists are like chicken and duck talking. It's pity that this is short.... if there're some extra parts that'll be 5 stars.

This has to be one of the most ridiculous novels I have ever read in my life! Every character has some sort of brain damage that causes them to draw the most absurd conclusions from the most ordinary things.

The MC and ML are brain-damaged in the exact same way which makes for a hilarious and very unorthodox relationship.

I suspect that I have cracked my ribs from laughing too much.

Definitely worth reading, especially when one is feeling down.

although I like faceslapping novels this novel is a whole new story

first of all its really COMEDY I laughed hard and smile! Kuddos to the author😂👍👍👏👏 (the lubricant ohhh😂😂lol)

2nd learn that every relationship really needs COMMUNICATION!!! Hah!!!

3rd recommendable to those beginners whos starting to like BL NOVELS, its short and the translations is good (thank u translator 👍🙏😍)

4th as an avid fan of BL STORIES AND HAVE READ a lot this may be not ur cup of tea but its recommended after u read a heavy one!!!!

I couldn't stop laughing, I love this novel so much! This is the type of misunderstanding novel I absolutely adore. Yes, everyone has negative IQ, but the resulting situations are incredibly funny instead of irritatingly dogblood! 4/5!

Stayed up until 4 AM to finish this. It was an enjoyable read. Slightly questionable translation, but decent. Mediocre all the way around, a straight 3 stars. I will try avoid spoilers below.

This story is about two silly men loving each other unconditionally, thinking they know exactly what the other is thinking (they don't) or making wild assumptions and then adding to it randomly each time it gets brought up (I am looking at you MC, how come in his imagination the ML went from a simple hard working man... more>> coming to the city for work to an extremely poor man, with immigrant parents, from some kind of penurious unknown village?).

Not to mention, some things can come across as controversial. They aren't funny, just a question mark in why it was added, for example how impotency was called "inhumane" and how someone from an orphanage is not able to have parents.

My experience with this novel was the following: you start reading because you don't have anything better to do, but end up wanting to know how this is going to spiral into something bigger and when everything will come to light. You need to find out! So you invest in it WAY more of your time than this novel is worth, all of that just to finish it in one sitting.

Of course. The novel is not THAT amazing or memorable. Is it corny? Yes. Could the author have added more to it, especially to show their life as a proper couple? Yes, sad we don't see that. Did it get boring in places? Did it become too embarassing to read? To both: yes. BUT it can be a quick casual read for someone that likes parodies or wants to see two rich fools in love thinking the other is poor and trying to help each other financially.

It's incredible how in tune they are, but the execution and result of their plans end up completely different.

I, personally, honestly enjoyed the mutual pampering, the unequivocal love, the pure acceptance they had for each other and even falling more in love after the misunderstandings are cleared out. I want to read more novels where there is mutual chasing and spoiling, it's quite cute.

So do give it a try if you have time, just don't expect anything from it. It's really just a dumb little story that reminded me of the wackiness of a jdrama, the cringiness of a cdrama and the plot + misunderstandings of a kdrama. <<less

It was funny/cute for the first couple chapters but then their whole personalities seemed to revolve around the 0 IQ required to maintain the misunderstanding and it wasn't quite funny enough to counter that

The misunderstandings are legendary, I haven’t read a novel with so much miscommunication and second hand embarrassment since ‘love stop rumors’ and I don’t think I ever will 😂😂

overall it’s an extremely cute and hart warming novel and will make you laugh. It’s not long or too fast paced and just right, it’ll get you laughing so badly 😭✋

All those people out there that had read all those novels with so much ab*se should read this, my heart has been healed.

I usually hate long and great misunderstanding when reading/watching. The novel made the story hilarious with their beautiful misunderstanding with each other😂. Both MC&ML tries so hard to find the one for them and finally they met. The misunderstanding was cleared at the last chapter? On their wedding day hahahha. You'll feel second hand embarrassment for the MC but anyways the ML still finds him cute. A short fluffy story and will make you laugh!

a funny light-hearted story, the misunderstanding tag carries throughout the story. It grows bigger and bigger, everything is a misunderstanding except for their genuine love for each other. I took this up as a small break and it's interesting!

This is an interesting novel that both MC and ML have a misunderstanding between them yet still can plan to get married. It's funny that they have two different wavelengths, lol.

Overall, it's a cute and funny short novel to read when you are bored... :)

A cute and funny story. Brought a big smile to my face.

The entirety of the humor is based on piling misunderstandings. If that bothers you, then I wouldn't recommend. Personally, I didn't find it a big issue, just that it was quite cute and hilarious.

Translation is edited MTL. Overall gets the point across, but not very accurate.

In summary, this novel is full of funny, no brainer misunderstandings. It’s really funny and at the same time it’s not the unbearable kind of misunderstanding.

When reading, just bear in mind that it’s fiction, so it’s possible to happen lol enjoy reading!
