This novel doesn't deserve 3.8*

Like, I understand that there is smut involved in this, but I its been awhile since I've read a piece where I felt the characters so alive.

After realizing hia true feelings for his childhood friend, the MC prays for somehow to earn her love back. And to his surprise, the MC gains the support of a god. He doesn't get a system or quest, but rather direct emotional support and a direct sense what he should do.

Since the MC was beyond dense, I noticed that the childhood friend was/is in love with the MC even after getting a boyfriend.

So a lot of emotions are involved while the MC is trying to make the girl his.

I'm in the edge of my seat as to how everyone will react to this sort of turn. And I hope that the translators will keep up the good work.

God himself is basically by his side, giving him insight on what actions would help or harm his chances at stealing his childhood friend. When he's making love to her, God is using his omniscient powers to analyze the quivering of her pu*sy and the undulations of her an*s to calculate the correct angle of thrusts to make her orgasm.


What's cool is that MC doesn't always listen to God's instructions. Sometimes there will be an "easy" way to capture her, but MC refuses because it'll cause too much harm to her. This is what makes the novel good, because it shows the MC dictates the final actions.

As what the other person said, it isn't rushed at all. I've been reading since the early chapters and I'd say this is one of the better R18 novels in a while. It has a nice pacing to it and the characters, feel like actual characters here. The MC isn't the most full of scum, even though he did it on someone else's girl already, the way he did it made it seem fine (However, the idea is still bad so don't replicate this lmao). It seems this series will... more>> actually try to go even as far as after the FMC had been taken by the MC which is good. Most Netori series end by the time the girl has been taken already and not so much more for development after they got together now.

I am hoping to see more from this series and it deserves a 5* from me. <<less

Initially, I was worried that this would be a wish fulfillment r*pe story, but the main character actually doesn't act on every 'optimal' route with his childhood friend. He is so invested and romantically interested in her, that he would go through hell and back to make sure that she was happy. The replaying of the scene where he figures how he should approach her stalker really showed character depth, that isn't seen everywhere else. This story is very erotic, and could easily pass as a p*rno, and the initial forcefulness / r*pe was unsettling, but the MC makes up for it by showing that all he feels is true and pure romance, and he focuses so much on her fulfillment, that she thinks he's too good for her, and she wishes to make him feel better. This is a story of second chances given by a god, and the romance is easily one of my top ten stories. There aren't many authors that can convey the adult aspects of romance in a way that seems real, and at the same time erotic, either leaning towards the other side.

Overall, this is a 20/10 story, and has completely changed my mind about Netori, and I would actively seek out stories like these.

The whole stories concept is obviously around the smut, and no, she is not just being pushed around. She has clearly indicated for a long time that Boyan was someone that she loved. She just felt that he would never pursue her, and thats why she tried with someone else. It was quite likely that had Boyan kept things as they are, he would have gone single his entire life, he does not in a single way treat any other female with the slightest shred of emotion, unless they are family. He realized that if he didn't act now, he would lose the one he loves. Yes, cheating is horrible, I abhor the concept of cheating and NTR, I have been traumatized, like everyone else that has ever approached that subject. The difference here, is that the MC is truly devoted to her. In the beginning he was pushy, trying to make her realize he was serious about her, and that she needs to stop thinking he's safe.
Once he achieved that goal, he absolutely prioritized her needs and emotions. His god like ability gives him glimpses into the future, and he wholeheartedly rejects any that would even slightly inconvenience her. In terms of pure smut and romance, there has never been a more exciting and lively story about stolen romance. I will probably never come across a novel that captures the feelings this discretely, and also have the very real smut that loving couples have with each other. His goal from Day 0 was to make her happy. He's not s*upid, he's straightforward, knows what he wants, and will go as far as he needs to ensure that he captures her heart. The best part, is that the typical romance story always climaxes with them confessing and getting together. This takes it far beyond that, explores their relationships with others, their parents, and culminates in them

I don't seem to understand why people rate this as a 3.7.

The storyline is good and not fast paced. I've read my fair share of webnovels and this is the best romance novel I've come accrossed that didn't make me feel bored.

And I like to give credit to the translator and editors, they have put their hard work into this and must be praised.

The god gives the MC the power of "confidence".... the power to confidently r*pe and SA the fmc💀. This is like a novel describing an ntr doujin where the guy forcibly SA's the girl and nothing bad happens, then she slowly falls for him. Its very unrealistic and if you don't like r*pe or SA then I wouldn't recommend. It's just very uncomfortable, its one thing gaining confidence and not being dense, its another to start forcing the girl to do Sxual activities with him even when she is clearly... more>> disliking it and scared. The MC makes the fMCs boyfriend seem like a saint. However I guess this is the only kind of MC who could get back his girl if it was a r18 ntr doujin, but its not and it kinda goes to far for a normal romance novel.

The more I read, the worse it gets, this novel is just the authors glorified r*pe fetish💀. Like the fMC is just getting r*ped bro sh*t is crazy. Imagine doing this irl. <<less

This novel is disgusting plain and simple.

Yeah, yeah Sa and all that, novels be like that.

The biggest problem is that the chick has a boyfriend, Ntr is f*cking disgusting.

That is not like in Chinese novels where the go ''Oh but they never did anything.''

Sure, they did not have s*x or so but they are kissing and doing couple stuff. So trying to argue that the chick still likes the MC makes it worse.

Edit: I should probably clarify. This is not in fact in any way romance, this is very much so just a smut NTR story and it is about as f*cked up as you would expect it to be. There is not cuteness or anything, it's all just emotional manipulation, s*xual assault and so on, there is no love or such to be found. So the only reason you might want to read this is if you like Ntr Hentai. Make no mistake with the chick either, she is a very standard Ntr heroine as well, as in, she is so f*cking timid she just lets anyone do to her whatever the f*ck they want. <<less

It's alright. Very mid. I get why people would rate this highly, but I also get why people hate this. If this was my first novel in the genre I will also probably like it. Alas, I've seen others with more interesting characters and better execution. First part was really interesting for me, but it fell off after they got together. It turned very slice of life-y at that point, and if that what I was here for I would have gone for other titles instead.
