A man whose soul was traded among the gods without his consent was forced to go to another world.

He was told that he could have his wish fulfilled to make up for taking him there without his consent, and he asked for “chīto nouryoku o kure (give me a cheat ability / チート能力をくれ)”.

However, what he was given was not a cheat powerful, game-breaking ability, but a moderately high position and a moderately high ability.

“Who asked ‘chii to nōryoku o kure (Give me status and abilities / 地位と能力をくれ)’? I said ‘chīto nōryoku o kure (Give me a cheat ability / チート能力をくれ)’!”

Starting from a mishearing of God, he struggled to make his life in the other world, and if he didn’t have cheat ability, he at least tried to do something with knowledge cheat, but it seems that things are different in the other world…?

This is a tale of man who does not have overwhelming cheat abilities, but makes full use of his moderately high position and moderately high abilities to develop the remote area that has become his territory, while struggling moderately.

The MC in constantly disrespected and belittled by literally EVERYONE around him..... and he just sighs and accepts the ab*se, regardless of how much he has helped the other person or how hard he worked to try to earn their approval. This takes the typical Japanese dense/cowardly/pathetic beta MC to the next level. Made it 40 chapters into the novel, but it became a boring, unfunny, uninteresting, cliche slog after about 20 chapters. It's just bad.

A truly poor story, MC was boneless of a man and cannot make a decision of his own and he was led by the nose by his childhood friend. Misunderstanding was pretty much a lie since every time MC protesting would be always ignored to the point that he became a yes man. Not recommended.

To be honest, I'm not really picky with what I read since I just do this to pass time but man oh man is this a little frustrating. I mean, it's fine to be indecisive and a little too subservient if you're a young kid but how can you also be like that after becoming a grown man living in this society? Like, how?

I understand that the author might want to depict a typical japanese protagonist given above average abilities in another world but man, why does he have to... more>> be so frustrating? He also plowed the hole of two women yet he's still so spineless and when he does something out of his own volition, he'll begin overthinking things. My goodness. Can't he grow a pair of balls as part of his character development or something? It's about damn time he owns up to something and not always be such a wuss.

Anyways, my frustrations with the MC aside, it's a pretty okay read so long as you turn off your brain and skim through the story like you're browsing through the magazine. Trust me, you'll get too frustrated with the MC if you read too much into it so just ignore his beta-ness and move on. The story would have been better off with a normal protagonist and not this one but hey, I ain't the author so what do I know? <<less

Honestly if you asked me. It's not good at all. And I honestly thing there need to be like 15 more tags. The MC is a weak willed person who stays that way or actually he may actually get even worse tbh. Being reincarnated up to 15 years is like 2 chapters and with like zero relative info.

No family except his dads name till 15.

We learn he honestly didn't do shit. He never adopts this worlds policy's. Even tho idk 99.9% of any other isekai anyone has ever read any... more>> person reincarnated into aristocratic family's adopts some way. Not him.

Not even a percent.

Always complaining.

Always negative.

Always a misunderstand.

Also. Seriously the god gave him not cheat abilities but like really good position and like basic abilities, yes? The only thing he has to show for it is research which it seems he pawns off 50% of it to others and has them do it. Actually that might be the only aristocratic type thing he has done in those 26 chapters.

I don't understand it really. We learn his fathers, his, maybe his brother and one sentence about him, the maid, and maybe 3 out of 30 s*aves. And one Demi humans name. Other than that it's seriously full of inner dialogue and complaints.

I honestly thought. Oh man. A novel in the harem genre that I've never seen. Great. Nope. I've Probally only dropped 5 novels. Ever. This will be the 6th.

the only thing well written and received was the s*x scene. And it's one. And he complained about it for over 2 chapters. Then he was king in virg*n. Then back to his shitty character design.

here again 2 years later. I want to complain that the TL for some god aweful reason has several ch's with no structure. I was going to attempt to make it past ch26. Don't feel like it's worth the effort since I already dropped this once.

It start little interesting but too bad it had become typical Isekai

MC is too lame. He had a lot problem about his characteristic but didn't even tried to improve himself he just think 'Oh I just like this and I don't care to improve anything I didn't good at'. And he didn't learn about taking responsibility of his action (he know this is different world and logic but he still apply Japan logic to every action)

I know author tried to put gimmick beauty maid with bad mouth (maybe it's... more>> author's fetish) but it's annoying than cute
