Translation

I had a little bit of a headache because they mixed up the pronouns, so I often had to read things more than once to make sure I was registering the correct information. That's the situation in both the fan TL and MTL.

Plot

There wasn't much. There are a few major plot points that repeat throughout the novel.

Spoiler

1. The MC wants to make something and everybody helps her make it come true and then popularise it.

2. The MC is a beautiful genius that many people want to marry. (There were three notable candidates: Albert/Alberto, Marc, and Elias. The last two were b*st*rds, I'm telling you.)

3. The aftermath of the unilaterally broken engagement happens in some chapters. What's notable is that the girl who the former Crown Prince wanted to marry was [EVEN MORE SPOILER] also a reincarnated person. She treated the new world as the game world that was programmed to go however she wanted if she followed the right steps.

Ending

Spoiler

Elias went to Anne's home unannounced and threw a tantrum like a child about how he deserved her, Marc held up a knife against them and likely would've resorted to kidnapping, but then it gets resolved easily, and then time skipped to Anne and Albert's wedding.

Huh? What happened to Baumgarden? What did they do regarding Marc? What else did she popularise? What happened to the national project?

None of those matters because the girl who got dumped since the fool claimed to have his "true love" was the one who actually found her true love.

Main Character

Spoiler

I don't know how to feel about her. She was a noble who obtained her memories from her past life, and yet the most she made out of it was to become a nerdier nerd and then invent some things 13 years later.

Didn't she have any feelings about how she was a free citizen in her past life and yet she was forced to live by dozens of rules and even had to marry someone she didn't choose? No? Well, everyone has their own outlook in life.

How about some discomfort about some inconveniences that could've been solved by modern inventions? Only 13 years later? Better late than never, I guess.

Let's see what she popularised... picture book, soroban (abacus), calculator, beauty products, refrigerator, mini (?) piano, sugar from sugar beets... Uh, she's a little bit all over the place. It would've been nice if she had looked around and decided what to improve, but it's difficult to truly assess what she should've needed or not.

Other Characters

Spoiler

1. I like the MC's parents. They were decisive (borderline impulsive) when they chose to leave the country. However, their worries were understandable.

2. I don't like the Queen. Despite being so strict that she demanded so much from her future daughter-in-law, resulting in the MC being unable to return home often because of how packed her schedule was from when the Queen forced her to become the crown princess when she was TEN YEARS OLD, the Queen's son, her former heir, is a f**king fool.

Moreover, the Queen was a psychopath. She forced others to act however she wanted them to and wouldn't accept anything else. The former Crown Prince humiliated and slandered a young woman in front of other nobles, yet she just assigned the MC as a crown princess again because the MC was too useful.

3. On that note, the new crown prince said he had feelings for the MC, but he was pretty cold to her when she was crying and also treated her as a toy he could have now that his mother permitted him.

4. A minor thing that irked me was that despite the MC being visibly nice to her peers, having a father who's the prime minister, and a mother who's related to the queen, absolutely nobody defended her honor when the former Crown Prince falsely accused her. WTF?
