I really love it. This is the perfect case where a character grows on you. I felt at first that MC was a bit annoying and extreme, but the more I read, the more reasonable he seems and in the end I felt like he should have been even more reasonable lol.

I love MC, I love ML and I love MC and ML together. The transmigration is not the main focus, it's just a way to discover more about these characters. The plot could have gone really bad since time... more>> stuff can get tricky real fast and lead to plot holes, but it was done well here. Even my dumb brain can understand the cause and effect and I think was beautiful. I would have put more in a spoiler section but I need sleep and something sweet to get over how emotional this made me lol.

I just wish it was longer, even though it was probably the best place to end. I just want to see them happy, you know?

Anyway, very powerful love shown here.

It can be counted as "crematorium" but it didn't feel like one since you don't even know at first it's supposed to be one lmao. Little Lotus really suffered and I can't even imagine how heartbreaking it would have been to finally meet his lover who disappeared a thousand years ago, only for him to try to kill you. No wonder he stopped trying to run away after a while and didn't even try to defend himself (since he was wrongly accused). Can't blame Mr Sun though, who made him fall in love in this weird time backwards thingy way? Though he also did suffer, a bit in those worlds MC was supposed to save, but also a lot towards the end. Even though his impact on MC is more obvious, MC also had a subtle influence on him.

MC really said "I don't want my life to set in stone by some law, so I'll fall in love with someone from present to future while it's future to past for my lover". Time, what's that? Lmao

Poor baby never had someone to love until he met ML because everyone was scared of him, no wonder he acts the way he does.

But in the end, all the suffering was worth it (even more so because it was unavoidable) so their love only got more powerful.

Also really beautiful imagery, especially with golden and red fires entangling together. I'll read this novel again later because now that I know everything that happened and why, it'll probably feel different. I caught only some hints sprinkled throughout (like why MC decided to kidnap a cloud to make a bed), and it was such a nice surprise to see it matter again later on. I would definitely recommend it, but not when you're tired lol.

It's been a while since I read this novel so I don't remember much of it in detail but personally I think it's a novel worth reading when you have nothing else to read. The QT part of it was honestly meh and if you're here for a crematorium then that part of it is meh too. But I love the way the aspect of time and worlds were covered. the fact that our couple is sun god x fire demon, it sets a nice contrast to the other novel. One memorable moment for me is, our MC is a fire demon and a very strong one so he constantly has to be conscious of his powers to ensure he doesn't burn things down and so he can't even sleep in peace. When our ML heard this he offered to turn into the sun and let our MC sleep on him and our MC had such a peaceful nap that he napped for a century.

Arc 1:

    • 10/10
    • MC is a carp spirit while ML is the richest man in the world
    • I love how they banter. I love how MC has a way with his words that ML just can't help but agree to MC even if's frustrating haha
    • I also like that we get to know the backstory between MC and the Lord God
Arc 2:

    • 10/10
    • MC is a prisoner while ML is the warden
    • I really love how MC gets his way and ML doesn't want to but can't help but yield to MC. Story is also very interesting.
    • The ending was also a wtf moment haha

      ML was very dedicated in planning their wedding. On the day of their marriage, MC left and nobody but ML can remember MC. ML feels so heartbroken because he knows MC existed but why can't anybody remember and they were supposed to get married that day. I agree, it's cruel for MC to do this but we also know that MC has also been heartbroken for millennia because ML left him. And as MC said, ML and MC has a tacit understanding that their world hopping is ML's kinda way of making it up to MC. He gives MC himself with no memory and MC can do whatever he wants until he forgives ML. As MC said, nobody can really force him to do anything. When he finally says he wants to stop world hopping is also the time he finally forgives ML and bith of them knows that

In this world, MC realized that he is on a different timeline from ML. That's why the Lord God hunted hi, down before and was very cold to him, punishing him etc. It's because in the Lord God's timeline, the Lord God hasn't met MC yet. While in MC's timeline, he already met ML. So MC's kinda came from the future (he originated from world 6666) but right now, it seems world 6666 doesn't exist yet

For example, ML already loves him at first sight in Arc 1 but in Arc 4, ML only has a good impression of him initially before they truly fell in love. This means that their timelines are indeed opposite. Meaning, in the next world, ML may not even know him or have any good feelings for him in the beginning.

  • It's now explained what really happened. Why ML doesn't know MC and why MC waited thousands of years for ML, etc.
  • The reasonings are good, the story gave a good full circle moment
  • However, it was anticlimactic. It felt more like a summary than the story
  • When it ended, I was like that's it????
Anyhooo, my final rating is 3.5/5. The beginning of the novel was really interesting but starting Arc 3, it went downhill for me especially the ending

I like it a lot! Might be because I took a little break from novels, but this QT was quite refreshing.

MC is surprisingly complex with a fiery and interesting persona. I love that the author lets him be truly ruthless and evil like the Demon King he is, but also human enough to feel.

-Showing he knew who the ML was from arc 1. I personally love that, as it shows that MC isn't the type to just play around with random partners despite his seemingly "careless" personality. He knew who he was falling in love with from Arc 1, so it completely skips the QT plot where MCs have to struggle to accept/find out through multiple worlds.

A truly a great read. Both MC and ML have interesting characters and of course its feels like endless blind pampering from ML. But the plot and background story will get more and more interesting when you read along. It’s kinda started like a standard qt romance but later one the interconnected fates and timeline all circle back together, will get you thinking how brilliant it is. Love this book and thank you for the wonderful translation. A must read.. Thank you

Theres a time line plot, so that could be confusing most of the time we spend are with MC and ML daily life in the little worlds, the tasks ain't hard and MC usually leave it till the last seconds.

This novel is basically a wife chasing journey, ML chasing after MC world after world.

MC is clever, vibrant, unrelenting, he will not bowdown to anyone or will suffer himself. High Pioneer flower

ML is the Lord God fell in love and time line is mess up and he will have to chase... more>> his wife,

Alot of sweet moments, some angst and MC abusing ML and also pamper carrot/stick. Experiencing these worlds together, they get closer to the real ending. <<less

Hilarious. The banter between ML and MC is hilarious. I'm only on the first arc and I'm enjoying it so much. I recommend this if you want a fun light read.

Edit: I've passed the halfway mark. And I've got to say this is way better than I expected. What I really like is that unlike in other novels the system here has an actual personality. It's useless for the most part lol but it feels like an actual characters. The conversation between the system and MC is always funny, they... more>> banter a lot. It's really fun to read. And there's some mystery appearing regarding the ML and the whole meeting with MC! And I really like how smart MC is at proper moments. It doesn't take half the book for him to realise what's obvious to every one of us lol. <<less
