huh I'm hesitated whether to give a rating of 4 or 3.

This story is very light to read, the plot is also easy to understand. I kind of feel like something is missing in this story but I don't know what.

While reading this novel I was even more interested in Ruan Yang's story. Even though he is also in the extra chap but I want more details.

The ending is super artificial, but still acceptable.

Just like everybody wrote, this is one of the best ABO I've read. The MC omega was strong since the beginning, he chased his tsundere husband persistently and without shame. And the ML alpha is a treasure, I fell in love with his tough, cold and even maniac personality that instantly turned soft and warm, I laugh a lot every time he reproach the omega for being shameful and having no decency, and then bragging about the omega's love for him. This novel is one of my fav abo novels. I really love both of the MC and ml. I think other reviewers already explain quite well regarding both of them.

I just want to share my pov of the side characters. I was really disgusted with all of the side characters. It's true Rong xi has been manipulating them but it's still their fault for choosing to betrayed the MC. Its disguisting when they're trying to justifiy themselves when it's still their fault. They all have choices and they choose to... more>> be s*upid. Istg they doesn't deserve to be forgiven by MC.

This was surprisingly good! What I find funny is the characteristic of the MC (O) and ML (A). Usually you have a typical stoic masculine A or the blackbelly gentleman A type but the ML is personality is interesting where you have a tsundere sensitive princess A 😂 even the MC (O) keeps wondering if they swapped roles with how coquettish the ML can be hahahah However, it's understandable why the ML act this way due to his disability and childhood trauma. The story also has an interesting take on... more>> transmigration and reincarnation and it proves that not all reincarnation/transmigration is a success. Sometimes what is not meant for you will not be with you for long. The extra side story also tackled one of the side character and his story with his omega. There is tw for ab*se though so if you don't like reading story of domestic violence I would skip the extras. The only thing I wished they added was when the baby is born. I wanna see the main couple's domestic life with their kids 🥹 overall this was a fun read. The pacing can feel too fast and yes there are plot holes but it's not too glaring and it's still an enjoyable read! <<less

It's really good the development between the MC and ML. I cried multiple times throughout the story, it was very beautiful. It's not super heartwretching or very happy, there is a very nice balance. 100% would read again.

The translation for mltnovel is 🐕💩 and I had to rewire my brain to read it.

Overall the story was quite good. Both ML (s) have their own situation which makes their behavior seems weird but understandable. Our protagonist is cunning but kind to those who were kind to him and our other ML (love interest) is seemed crazy, disable, and sociopath but later in story is that he was raised that way. But overall both of them found each other interesting and was able to relate each other in which one calms other while other encourage him. our protagonist is actually an og protagonist of the story and the transmigrator was his half brother who is a two face. His younger half brother (a transmigrator) was actually a jealous guy who just want to destroy our ML here all because of our ML is very likable. Actually if the story goes the way it is, the younger brother will still have a better life but he chose to destroy his lovable brother because he wants to steal the role of protagonist. So all of the other love interests were all so foolish to fall for the two-face dude not realizing that they are being manipulated by him. Our ML was so deserving to be the protag even though he has no idea that he is one was able to adapt to situation real quick and become very sneaky and cold. Our ml’s lover to be is actually a villain who has sadistic tendency. The two face planned to get the two to get married so the villain can kill the protag but accidentally created a power couple. It is so satisfying to see the fools to realize that the person who they kept bullying and neglecting was their true love and regret to even sided with the bit*h

Too many infuriating & shameless characters.

The main couple doesn't truly get together until the very end.

The regret of reborn characters is satisfying because they still get their comeuppance. I.e. Dad still dies, ex wallows in regret.

At least this is much better than Way of the empress. But it sucks that I had to mtl it.

Definitely one of the best abo I've read. Loved the couple dynamics, how they did not conform to the usual characteristics and really made the relationship feel natural and alive.

After reading so many boring novels and almost getting a Reader's block.... This was heaven sent.

Thankfully I gave it a chance although I didn't really like the title.

Give it a chance! Even if you think it's cliche (although I don't think it is) it'll be a good cliche!

in my opinion, this is one of the best face-slapping novels i've ever read. The best part: MC didn't even have to do all the dirty work, the pieces just put itself together. It was very satisfying to read. The relationship between the MC and ML was also really well done.

The MTL is easy to read, it's just the names that get mixed up. I really recommend this novel.

This novel is actually quite ok, but since i've read 'the way of the empress (TWOTE), I couldnt keep reading this one without comparing. This is basically TWOTE 2.0. Or maybe a remake or the final version and TWOTE is just the draft, since I feel like this novel is indeed a better version than TWOTE. The plot, even the name of some characters are the same. An unfavored noble son x disable/ugly crown prince, their arranged marriage and how they were both used by their parents but managed to... more>> overturn their fate.

However, I liked Auston and Ruan Tang character design much more than the main couple in TWOTE (Zhuo Yang x Moodys). Maybe its bcoz Auston is such a cute rare tsundere ML and Ruan Tang is such a great omega MC, he still retains the soft characteristic of an omega (but not whiny and s*upid) and also hard enough to resist and fight back (unlike in TWOTE, MC is more badass and ruthless).

Its great that in this novel, I hated the emperor and the queen both equally while in TWOTE, the authors keep whitewashing the emperor even though the emperor is just a cheating s*um imo.

I gave this novel 3* coz i've read TWOTE and it indeed makes me just skim through this novel rather than reading it properly. The author's style of writing doesnt change much from TWOTE, it is like an essay summary imo, they only put much efforts in MC x ML relationship but just summarised other parts. Some things that arent necessary is detailed but some things that should be explained more are just briefly written. The reborn and transmigration plot are totally unnecessary imo since those reborn and transmigrated ppl doesnt really have much presence when I read the novel. <<less

I'm not sure why this novel is getting a low rate from other but I personally enjoyed reading it.

The plot is good and everything was explained in a short yet concise manner.

Folks, remember this is fiction and anything and everything can happen.

MC is pitiful but not the point of being a weak crybaby. He has his own strengths as well as a good solid head. He also has a bottom line which is good because it will be unrealistic for him to forgive everyone who ab*sed and betrayed him in... more>> the past if they just ask for forgiveness.

ML isn't your typical hand pecked husband as well. He has his own struggles as well as his own emotional skeletons that he has to deal with. It's also nice to see that he has insecurities which is not typical of MLs in these types of novel.

The main villain actually threw me off, which is a good thing as it added more flavor to the novel.

As for the 2nd and 3rd ML, I like how they have their own character as well, no just there to be vase or to push the MC to the ML.

Over all it's good and once it's fully translated, I would love to read it again. <<less

I was not supposed to rate this story while writing this review since I’m still at the early chapters but I already clicked on it and I don’t know how to remove the rating.

Anyway, the story feels so unnatural to me. Like the interactions are forced. I actually prefer the whole info dump of what happened to ML, the ex-fiancés, etc. They are like actors rather than characters themselves. I liked the faceslapping, the regrets that are too late and that extra story of the ML's subordinate. As for the main story, I liked the parts when the romance was developing, and the actual admittance of said romance. I honestly preferred if the story stopped there, or heck, maybe even add in a few buns for the family. Also liked the retribution.

the amnesia part. It just felt like bullsh*t at that point. After the MC chased the kinda immature ML, after all that effort, then boom, amnesiac ML lol. At that point I just felt exhausted for the MC (tho that might just be my bias since I personally hate stories of characters chasing after love interests that kept denying what they truly feel. If it weren't for the MC being likeable, I'd have dropped this). And also the violent bit when ML lost control.

Another thing is the political plot. It just felt all lolwut. Could've just focused on the leads' family life. Or better yet, focus on the other side characters besides that douchebag sub of ML and the Elder brother.
