I feel like MC is such a huge hypocrite. I don’t like novels where the theme is like “the orgFL would have lived a better life if she did not expect love. So this life is ruined by herself, but as for me (mc), I will have the purrfect romance” trope. Got misguided by plot summary.

A great slice of life story of alliance and maneuvering. The editor isn't diligent enough to manage the confusion of names and titles that comes of an MTL, but I found it comprehensible enough to be worth a 5 stars on NU. Then again, if you can read it in its original language, just do that -- its better there.

I really loved this! I’ve read many great historical novels and while this is not really romance, I love the childcare aspect and reading from a different point of view than that of a younger character.

There are some mistakes in what I assume to be edited machine translation but I’m picky with translation quality and this is definitely readable and is already much better than a large portion of the novels on this site.

Like this novel so much, although FL seen as a very capable person, but in my own opinion it's not overly exaggerate and still believable that such a person exist.

In her previous life, she work as an executive in a big company. That why I think, it's reasonable that she become really capable on handling people and situation.

Her back story also enough for me to be one of the reason that made her the way she is. Don't get me wrong, I don't think she's perfect, there are some of her decision that not in line with me. But it also why I like it somehow if you get what I mean, no one is 100% similar with you, and it made life interesting. <<less

I’m disappointed with this novel! I read the first 50 chapters and I literally had to keep swallowing my anger every time the female lead was preaching about the og fl. Like sis your son is tr*sh, but you keep pushing down this girl. I really do like the female lead, but she’s not very kind. I mean same goes to the og female lead too. But still I can’t help but pity her.

A low-drama, warm-hearted rebirth novel where the FL inherits not just a household, but a mess of teenage “villains”—and slowly raises them into people worth rooting for. It’s a gentle, surprisingly grounded slice-of-life with a warm core and a few rough edges.

There’s no “insta-family” magic here—progress is gradual, relationships are earned, and small wins feel meaningful. The romance is fine but forgettable; the ML is mostly just there. What makes this shine is how small, human choices ripple into real change. Cozy but not brainless.

I enjoyed reading the novel, it's a cliche but then not a cliche relating with the common transmigration novels. FL is not super woman from the present era wherein she did a lot of "advance technology" for the ancient era. She knows a lot, but then again she didn't "invent" things and so on and on. I love her relationships with her children. I also enjoyed her and ML scenes. Anyway, it is a good novel. :)

What a joy to read! I didn't really expect to enjoy this one and I've long since abstained from long BG histo novels because of Q*d**n novels haha. But this one!! What a ride.

From the start, we see a strong independent woman suddenly having to raise three wayward children and I deeply enjoyed reading their journey. From irritation due to the children to awe at how they turned out. It's really good. The MC is strong, smart, and beautiful. I love how she was written and how she deals with... more>> things. There's of course bees and butterflies flying around her and I actually wanted her to get together with another widower, Qi something guy I forgot his name hahha. I am not that fond of Mary Sue since they're mostly a mess but this one was written to what I want to read.

I have to say that I don't read non-romance novel, but reading this, I was actually okay without the romance since MC handles all the matter pretty badass. When the ML turned up it was also okay and it did not disrupt the novel. Just a reminder that the ML showed up literally half of the novel. Around 250+. Still every arc of this was nice to read, from the good characters to the villainous ones.

Of course there's also plot holes and there may be confusion in the names since its edited MTL, but its pretty easy to understand. The plot holes are inconsistencies but I guess author just raw dogged it. Overall, I really like it!!!!!! <<less

Well everyone has wrote the same reviews as mine but if u still hesitate cs the "after ML appearance the whole story changes" comment, do not worry that much. It's not that suddenly the writing is bad or the character is bad written it's just the arc isnt circled around the MC as mother but more like MC as a lover and herself which are completely reasonable and realistic, by the time ML is on frame, the kids already have their moral standing and aint no way FL going to... more>> take care of them while they close to getting married. <<less

This is a good novel but a bit boring after the new emperor ascended so I stopped reading. Unlike what many reviewers had said, I don't find myself disliking the ML, he's a pleasant person that match the MC's personality.

Good read. Slice of life and light on MC’s romance. ML doesn’t turn up until more than 1/2 way. Good story advocating feminist development within historical limits.

Plot twists of double transmigration plus soul transfer.

Translation quality varies with mixed-ups of names and pronouns but still understandable.

Satisfying ending.

This novel kept me entertained till the end. The size of the novel was also just right for me.

The FL transmigrated in to an ancient time setting where the character she transmigrated to was reborn, so the start had a lot incidents to prevent the pitfalls of the reborn character, then some business building and then a lot of politics and court happenings. The FL is a widower from a powerful family with three children who are directionless and purposeless. The FL is a strong and independent character with modern... more>> attitudes and beliefs but she skillfully maneuvers the way of life in the ancient setting. Her parenting is also top notch, she motivates, provides guidance and support but at the end allows the children to make their own decisions and chose their own paths.

The ML is a likeable and very much suitable to the FL

There was a bit too much marriage drama from outsiders for her children, in my opinion. Maybe a bit more twists and surprised would have been ideal but overall a very entertaining novel. <<less

Good story, but I ended up mtl-ing it rather than reading from the translations. I started reading it in the translations, but got confused because some sentences weren't making sense. When I mtl-ed it, it turned out that some sentences or parts of sentences were missing in the translations.

The story itself is pretty good, fun to read and not too much drama.

This is a fun slice of life story, so far no one is unreasonably OP. I really like the MC's CEO type point of view, running a huge household isn't easy and I think it's a decent way to show that.

Translation is complete but doesn't include chapters 439-474 (side stories, I believe).

Not only FL and ML but also her family and people around her are also likeable and reasonable people according to their character design (which is the best point and distinctive part of this novel). The plot is fluid and detailed. I like author's choice in ML by differentiating og FL and ML. The incidents after that was original.

It will be on my rereading list^^
