On chapter 13, there's a whole part about one of the MC's skills getting upgraded over and over, and this is what Active Translations put:

"['Sword (E) ' grows to 'Sword (D) ']

['Fencing (D) changes to 'Imperial Fencing (F) ']

[If you are once more recognized by the 'Valstaya Empire's Valorous Knights', 'Imperial Swordsmanship' changes to 'Valstaya Empire Swordsmanship'.]"

Apart from the fact that it says the MC got recognized by the "Valstaya Empire's Valorous Knights" Knights plural, while he's actually getting recognized by one single great knight, normaly i'd just think "the writer probably used a word that could mean all those things (Sword, Fencing and Swordsmanship) and google translate f*cked up in translating it" but no, that's not what happened, and I know that because I went to a random korean site after searching the novel name in korean, used google translate to translate it and everyone of the skills has 'Swordsmanship' instead of it changing first to 'Sword' to 'Fencing' and then back to 'Swordsmanship' in the span of 3 lines, so there's some possibilities I can think of:

#1 Some human actually typed all that and somehow translated "Swordsmanship" in 3 different ways and decided it was good to keep it that way.

#2 Active Translations used some other offbrand translating tool and that one f*cked up this badly

#3 They translated another translation group's translation which was in another language i.e.

Group A MTL'd the story from korean to spanish

Active Translation MTL'd Group A's Spanish translation into English

#4 If it's a person translating this, which I highly doubt, either

1) they're scamming Active Translation by just putting the raws into a translator and sending it to them 2 hours later saying "I finished translating the chapter now pay me :) " and Active translation doesn't even bother proofreading it.

2) They're someone who knows english and korean words but somehow doesn't know anything about english phrasing and what the words actually mean.

This happened right after the Swordsmanship skill got upgraded:

they put "['The soul's price' is partially elevated.]" which to me is super weird since in earlier chapters they translated the same line fine multiple times, which should be something in the lines of [The Soul's level partially increased.]

and right after that:

..."I took one gaze at the sword and struck the practice dummy.

Spatula.

Mook, Tuuk.

My practice dummy disappeared halfway through the training with my 'training sword'."

Now, apart from that last line which is just completely wrong since on the random korean website I MTLd with google translate it reads:

"And the wooden doll, which took the swords of cadets hundreds of times and acted like a punching bag, was vainly cut in half by a single sword of the blunt-edged 'training sword'."

which isn't perfect, but it's much better than what Active Translation put there.

An SFX got translated as "Spatula"... now I want to know HOW on god's green earth someone read that this dude swung his sword at a dummy, saw google translate put "Spatula" in the middle of the sentences and didn't bother to even check what happened there for the translating tool to f*ck up this badly, meaning no one, and I mean no one, bothered to even READ the actual chapter before putting it up on the site. (btw after a 20 minute search, from me, a dude who knows jack sh*t about korean, I found that apparently what was written meant something like "Scoop" or "Scooping", still imo makes no sense when cutting with a sword but it'd still be better to put "Scoop" than "Spatula")

if they're going to show off anyways why bother with that tired line? this MC starts showing off from the very beginning, then talks about how embarrassing it is to be noticed by everyone. it doesn't make him look modest, it just makes him look like a hypocrite.

• for being the "Analysis God", he lacks planning and decisiveness to a point where it seems he's impulsive
• severe lack/poor execution of foreshadowing that makes things off or just practically feel like events/information pop out of nowhere WHEN the MC is a REGRESSOR
• MC saying he wants to be low-key and yet his performance says otherwise. Yes, he was not a combat Awakener but it really does not justify him not knowing the benchmark of being "low-key" when he was dubbed as the "God of Analysis" even if he mainly focuses on defeating monsters. To be able to defeat monsters, he needs capable hunters. The ability of the hunters need to match the ability needed to pull of a victory using his analysis on the so-called Catastrophes/Plagues
• went into a dungeon without any preparations knowing that a team will be wiped out and yet got saved by system through RNG prize
• showed power above veteran hunters and yet the guy-in-charge from a guild told his teammates to hide the fact the he is powerful because MC might have a reason to hide it. The One, MC didn't voice a request for his skills to be hidden. Two, he's from a guild and yet his reasoning was in consideration for the MC without a thought for his guild as to which the MC would be a great addition.
