Upon waking up, Yu Ling returned to the time five years ago when nothing had happened. At that time, his family was happy; his parents and elder brother were there, and he was still the carefree young master.

The whole story is honestly kind of weird with more crazy or extreme personalities than normal people.

The MC and ML is sort of sweet. But not at the same time with the ML constantly walking on eggshells in fear of MC hating him.

Not sure how to feel about the ML taking advantage of the MC being drunk to get them married at the end.

MC only knew they were getting married cause wedding invitations were sent out...

Majority of the antagonists are willing to do anything for love and end crazy with blaming the MC when things went wrong.

But I felt really chilled in my heart just before the ending of the whole story. It made finishing a struggle cause of how horrible the MC was as a person in the event.

For no real reason, the author added drama of a poor student trying to get the MC and another top ranked student, who was his friend, to fight so that they would lose their scholarship money and he would receive it instead.

It starts off with the MC and his friend comforting another friend by making fun of a poor student that just missed the scholarship each time. They were caught saying it in front of the student but didn't go apologize and let it pass cause MC and his friend felt that they didn't do anything bad or serious.

MC also felt cause he wasn't a saint and that the scholarship money is rewarded by grades, not family situations. Didn't feel the need to help out the poor student despite belittling the money and having recently laughed at the student who desperately needed the money with his friends.

Afterwards, the poor student orchestrated the whole event but the MC wasn't fooled and it was immediately resolved with just the student losing a good friend.

Later on, right after the drama, the MC goes to the mall to use the scholarship money to buy gifts for his family and lover. MC says that the money isn't much so he could only buy a few things with it, which is pretty cold to mention right after considering how desperate the student was for the money. Basically, the MC started this event laughing at the student and ends with ridiculing how little the money was compared to what he is used to twice.

Overall, I didn't feel like it was necessary to put this in the story. It just made me feel cold inside with how cruel the MC was towards poor individuals.

I know the author tried to justify the MC with the student being in the wrong by trying to manipulate the situation but what MC did outside of that was terrible. And I am not sure why the author thought it was okay to make fun of another person's miserable circumstance from the start and end with it as well.

In my opinion, it is a condensed version of every typical crazy situation possible with bits of semi-sweet moments from the main couple to smooth over the dark parts of the story. <<less

I liked it 🥰. It's more of face slapping and revenge and with relationship progress between MC and ML. I liked MC family as they support their relationship.

Only thing I found unfavorable was that the ending was a bit abrupt and there was no explanation for how ML fell in love with MC and also wished there were still more extra chapters. But over all it was good 😊.

Highly Recommended.

The story is mainly on revenge and the love development of MC and ML. I like how MC's family and ML pamper our MC. The revenge is not so depth since it's not really the MC who does it, he only guides his family and lover to do it. And it's understandable since the MC is a painter not a business genius. There's no boring chapter either.

The only downside for me is the abrupt ending. Though it ended well and there was a conclusion, the pacing is somewhat fast. Also,... more>> I don't know what happened to MC as a painter since he stopped painting after rebirth not sure what happened eventually (or did I miss it?).

Overall it's good since the downsides are negligible for me.
