The FL is a zombie. As of now we still don't know how she became a zombie but we surmise that probably she became one when she's finding the ml. They broke up before the apocalypse happened because the ML do not want FL to be caught up in his family affairs since he's an illegitimate child. He has a dark childhood where he's often bullied by his half-sisters and cousins but he grown to be strong, handsome, and playful (only when being with the FL). The FL was a pushover, before meeting the ml. They were a happy bickering couple mostly coming from the ML antics and teasing her. In this timeline, we're already in the third year of the apocalypse and on that 3 years, the ML kept finding the FL and when he does, he kept her by her side even though she became a zombie. His current group by that time tried to kill the FL so that she wouldn't harm the group but the ml's cousin persuaded them to just drop off the FL somewhere far and so, when the ML came back from the commissioned mission, he became hostile of them. We can see by this time that the ML is quite possessive and obsessed with her but not in a unbearable manner, he's just protective of her ig. The FL has a mindset of if she die then she die, if not, then she will live, let nature take its course. Oh, I forgot to mention that she retained her human instinct, she didn't eat a person and she stayed away from people during that 3 years.
