Judging from the 20 chapters released so far, I'll say that the quality of the webnovel's story matches the webtoon adaptation and vice-versa. I'm really thrilled to read more chapters.

I'm glad that the webnovel is picked up, and hopefully the manhwa is also picked up again.

Edit 3: The mid section, around chapter 400+, looks as though it's taking real-life people and including them in the story. I technically hate this kind of things as my suspension of disbelief weakens and it seriously weakens here, because the story presents itself somewhat seriously but these real-life people are getting rare diseases left and right. I'm not sure if it's an arc but I kind of gave up reading it here. In addition to this, Soohyuk never really evolves much. There were signs of character growth early on about his leg getting fixed in the future, but when he did get his leg repaired to a certain extent, it somehow lands with a whimper. He didn't get a girlfriend (yet?) and he predictably gets promoted without any challenges facing him any more. <<less
