ML irl is so Meng!!!

MC is so cool!!! Shou but a greatgangster!

Spoiler

When each world mission is complete MC has the choice to continue or leave, leaving means he will die BUT!!!

  • I'm happy with the ending in which MC's data was made to live in each world
  • I'm still annoyed with the emperor
  • I felt bad for the cultivation world Bai Hua so with the ending I'm so happy!! (It was voluntary kidnapping)
  • I wanted him to end with Chen Jing!! Not Bai Xi Chen! I wanted to grind him to dust!!
  • I was so sad that ML had a broad experience! MC was too pure that he didn't know when someone liked him!! His reaction when he discovered that his 2 previous bros actually liked him
  • I should have read this first before giving stars! (MINUS 1 star coz ML 1st isn't MC!!)

I'd give this a 2.7/5, it's simply not my style of story, I felt like the ML wasn't really even necessary and that this straight up could've been a no CP QT and worked out quite well. I'll list out its pros and cons for anyone interested.

I've read two arcs now and also skipped ahead to get a basic idea of the story.

Pros:

  • This story has a very unique premise, the MC goes through different worlds and saves the r*pe victims in smutty BLs that he wrote. The ML is NOT his target.

    The ML is the MC's boss irl, he seems to appear in the worlds later on, but not the first few.
  • If you like watching stories from different viewpoint, you can see the MC watch the targets grow up, go through obstacles, and meet people they like.
  • In each world, the MC is teaching the targets a positive trait such as self worth, self love, morality, etc.
  • MC is not a softie, he's super tough and very vocal about his opinions.
  • The MC is a smutty BL author (but he's straight.)
Cons:

  • The ML is your very typical "cold" president with a twist, he thinks of the MC as his "cute baby" and watches him through security cameras at work (going so far as to read all of his text messages through cameras, and save all of the expressions he makes). The ML is convinced that MC is straight and is dead set on "bending" hin. Overall, if you're not into that type of character, don't read this.
  • This is more of a trigger warning: The MC arrives too late in some worlds, and the s*xual assaults have already occurred to his targets.
  • The MC is a gangster. In every world, he just beats people up whenever he has a conflict, he doesn't spare children, people of power, etc. If you piss him off, he beats you, and he always gets away with it.
  • The way MC "saves" the targets is by making sure that they "don't turn gay". Whenever a man confesses to the targets, he very loudly proclaims "AREN'T YOU ASHAMED THAT AS A MAN, YOU LIKE ANOTHER MAN" and things like that so that the targets never bend. It sounds quite homophobic.

I haven't gotten that far into reading this one yet, but I have become intrigued by what I have read so far. Seeing that there are no reviews I wanted to offer up this one to encourage you yaoi lovers to give this one a go.

The premise is a pretty basic: author transmigrates and I suspect eventually meets up with Shou and or Gong that follows through with them through their various worlds. What makes this novel special though is the humor (sometimes self-deprecating) that the main character has towards... more>> his situations. The thought process of the main character is far from boring and propels the story forward. There is also an interesting twist to the basic premise with the investigation of the ethical dilemma concerning what is deemed acceptable in works of yaoi compared to real life. <<less

Read this in one day. Damn tired (from laying on my side for too long) theres already good reviews. Just wanna post so that I know when I come back in the future I already read this one. Sometimes I forget mostly becaude chapters stopped being translated or I read too much novels.

This one is great, even thou it has a systems settings it differes too much from others. The MC is also cute nad annoying in his own way, he actually acts like a person unlike other MC in... more>> other novels. The romance also wasnt made quickly instead it was thoroughly made. Of course the novel isnt perfect but the fact that its very unique and has refreshing plot wont make you hate it. <<less

This novel is so confusing! Really makes people want to find the author and just... bite... until they explain or at least apologise.... what the ****************!

I mean the beginning of the novel was fine. It had a premise, and it stuck to it, which is, imo, the least you can ask for. Although it felt a little busy with all the plotlines, it was fine! Until! In the second arc, almost everything was changed? And even later, only the main premise stayed the same, and things were changed again and... more>> again and then the MC even turned out to have been a gangster in his early years, which was, again, completely unpromted and had nothing to do with his character (even made it more confusing!!) except for the fact that it made him more sue and able to fight people... Contrary to what you would expect, the little shous in the alternate worlds aren't the ml, they aren't even mls, WHAT'S f***ing MORE is that some of them aren't even gay! Spoilers I guess but in one of the extras the MC marries a girl in one of the small worlds, again, for NO REASON other than closure that WOULDN'T EVEN be necessary!

And then those god damned extras! WHAT!!!!! WHY???? each of them is about the MC who has lost all memories other than the fake ones from the world finishing his life after his previous death. Falls in love with the shous, except for that one that's straight (for the sake of clarification I have nothing against straight characters in queer novels, but this really didn't make any sense at all!!) and that is! how! the novel! ends!!!! WHAT!!!!!

On the main cp. The president is really cute, I'll admit. Except. He's cute when you know about his thoughts and conversations with his mom, otherwise, he's a damn psycho!! A stalker, if not that. Creepy!! Which would be fine, if the MC liked it, but no, it freaks him out too. So yeah, why was that necessary, again..... But whatever. he's cute. and then???? the drama with the systems?? what was that about?? it's such a random thing to happen!! so he gets involved, ok. whatever. weird! but whatever. BUT. Spoilers, I GUESS. so when the punishment is completed, the system gives a gift to the traveler, right, and it's supposed to be some random blessing like absolute wealth of health or love or something like that. now the ML quite literally coerces the system into giving him another gift, which he, and i'll yell this one, DOESN'T F***ING TELL THE MC ABOUT, and he specifically asks for the ability to bear children.... FOR THE OTHER?? and so the MC gets f*cking pregnant!! it isn't even that it's a concern of consent. but the MC clearly doesn't want to give birth!!! of course he does, and he only complains a little, but still!!! come on, author!!!!! Come out, I really just want to ask some questions..............................

i gave it two stars because when I got to bai xichen's extra I had really had enough and promised myself that if it was not satisfactory I would not only be rating this novel as 2 out of anything but I'd also rant for a while. As for why it's two, that's because out of all ratings, I feel like that's the most disrespectful one you can give, simply because one star just means that 'you didn't even try. come on' but two, on the other hand, is at least a 'you tried your best and this is it? really?'. There's effort in a 2. It's just that the result is too damn pathetic for a better rating.

as for why it was specially bai xichen's extra that did it for me. I'll be honest, he was my favorite character (after bai hua...... he's....... so cute....... and so pathetic....... with him, it's more of a love-hate relationship. for bai xichen, I only have hatred which is why I can confidently state that he is my favorite). he was my favorite. if the author just gave him a good ending.............. but they did...... oh. I'm still losing it about this plotline!!!!!!! so spoilers, again. bxc is a terrible person, and it isn't even that I like him, I just liked who the MC became when he had to deal with him. (also the mc's character consistency......... I will not even mention......) so he's desperately in love with this guy simply because of the other's status and power. and so he gets rejected, again, after which he rejects the MC, stalks the guy he loves (see any patterns?) has some scandal, ends up cosplaying homeless people to get closer to the guy, is picked up by the MC, taken home and then f****d ------- and you'd think, really? that's such a weird way to end that arc? what happens after that??, and there is nothing!! that's the end of the arc! ffs!!!!!!!!

also, just so you know, any actual romance only starts at around chapter 70. before that, it's just multiple arcs of something you'd call slowburn, but I call it emotional blueballing........ come on! do better! write better!! <<less

It was fun up until the president came in and the “romance” started, another s*upid ML with the worst personality. And the mpreg? Really grossed me out in this one,

i agree that the president is the most interesting character so far, cold on the outside but a huge fanboy on the inside. In fact, those interactions are the best part of the story. The trips to his worlds are OK but bland. The concept is a little different since he's not falling in love with any of the characters, just trying to "fix" things and acting as a guardian/big brother to the protagonist (I've only read two worlds so far though so it could change later on). I haven't... more>> really found the story very funny so the comedy seems a little lacking, nothing that's made me laugh out loud or even giggle to myself. I'll keep reading but its a solid 3 for me at the moment. <<less

Omg the president is killing me. He is soooooo freaking adorable, just ??? I just wanna hug 'em ???? So far this story is keeping me very entertained and oddly enough my favorite character is the president who so far you dont get to see too often because MC is constantly traveling to other worlds. This story is still pretty interesting and still enjoyable through google translate. I give it a 5 stars
