This novel isn't bad, at least from what I have read so far. However, it doesn't wow you either. If you have read some betrayal novels you have a general feel for this. The novel is like a cheap sit down restaurant, better meal than fast food, but it isn't fine dining. Thus my average rating of 3 stars.
