9/10 I finished reading it in a day.

Really enjoyable, although short. I like how changes happen gradually even though is really fast paced, which is understandable give how few chapters it has.

Lacking in romance for my taste but really entertaining MC and world building. She has a chill personality and few people knows how important she is, only at the end. She just like hoarding materials and making people angry unconsciously.

The ML and his relationship with the MC is refreshing, healthy and relaxing even though just in the end there’s... more>> some indication of something more concrete.

The ending is not my favorite type but it fits really well with the story overall. <<less

Though it is quite short for only 80 chapter.

But the story is kinda nice.

The end of world, the MC moral is right and the strategy is good. The survival and the reversal of situation at the end is quite fulfilling if they are the character in the story.

When you despair and there is a glimpse of brightest star open your way. It is nice ending.

Warm and wholesome.

  • The romance is a subplot but ML has been actively pursuing MC by giving lots and lots of 'dowry' in the name of not wanting to owe the other person and MC also does not want to owe him, so the gift -giving war ensues.
  • Very relaxing and slice of life, the ending had me very excited though. The premise and plot were well-thought out.
  • Characters do bad and good things, react positively and negatively, and most of the time you can understand where they're coming from. People look out for each other and support each other.
  • MC is a rich landowner in-game and IRL. So envious😭
  • Huge shoutout to the translator and editor for doing a good job, there might be parts where phrasing goes a little bit wonky and pronouns get mixed up but the food photos, end chapter rambling, character data sheet, and hilarious previous chapter recaps more than made up for those!

Thanks for the hard work translating~

I would say this was a 8/10 for me just for treating as what it is short and lighthearted.

This kind of satisfied my craving for a a competent female lead with no romance, action and a woman in a position of leadership and a close combat role As a tanker which I found really exciting cause I'm tired of seeing as female's archers or mages you can be more than that. But then I found myself kind of wanting romance it's weird how I feel... more>> with some other novels where I don't want romance but in this one I kind of wanted it I felt like it would have spiced things up because even though this is a great novel it does get boring in some parts where I felt like romance would have been the perfect addition to this because who says you can't have it all a career, romance, friends and yada yada yada And the male lead was a green flag I kind of wanted to see it happen I was rooting for it. But also, there's another side of me that I'm glad because the novel could have been ruined because of it is rare to have the best of both worlds. Also
Spoiler

there's not really romance to speak of it's like a spatter of a sentence or two in the whole novel and the ending it doesn't even conclude to that more like an unrequited love from the other side and the female lead I feel like is fine with being independent lol.

[collapse]

anyway I like the female lead a lot in the beginning, I still liked her throughout the story, but I felt like she was an NPC, and she gets referred to that a lot during the novel which was accurate. I felt like I was reading from a robot's point of view there's no defining character traits of her being a female or being human she doesn't really have any personal thoughts.

Except for complaining of about heat or tiredness along the lines but nothing really emotional just hoarding and I like to read hoarding stories and she's basically has robot emotion like at least in the beginning I wanted to hear her thoughts about killing or what she sees about people dying but it's kind of brushed off and it's not really explained like not even thoughts of this survival of the fittest I would actually prefer she even had villainous tendencies then it would be a bit interesting. Thoughts she just plain robot face no outstanding emotions that make you empathize. It really feels like the character could be alien or even male and I would be like yeah because there's no really mention or substance what kind of person she is, she's like a plain cardboard.

Overall, I have to say the downsides are no character development no side characters to get attached to. But I would definitely recommend this to people who enjoy more of a hoarding, town building novel in the apocalypse with the bad ass emotionless female lead With no pesky annoying romance lol. <<less

Not sure about all the praise this is receiving, Iit's a bit cluncky by my estimations. The story flow is choppy and jumps around to much. Not helped by the fact that the POV keeps jumping around to random people.

The MC feels like a machine with no emotions. We only hear about what she is doing at the time with no insight how this apocalypse is affecting her mentally, while she kills people with no emotional response.

Sure, it's not a tr*sh tier novel, but it's also not 5 star one... more>> that others insist it is. <<less

Fast paced, a lot of characters, fast ending, nice that they met again but felt a bit shallow as there was nothing between them to begin with. Would not read again but enjoyed it

I think that what I like the most of the noble is it's flow, nor slow nor fast, sometimes 1 day takes up 2 chapters, on others 20 days fly by in only one. The difficulty of the world is high, but our MC has cheats from being a beta player, so while difficulties pile up, our MC has enough resources to charge through them. Thanks to that most of the story is x person saying "this world is trying to kill everyone" while making BBQ. Yeah it's hard, but... more>> the MC has a cheat and she takes all the city for a ride to survive. Now, these cheats are not extremely op, the author is good at giving cheats that don't make the MC powerful but he'll to explain why she is powerful. For example taxes in every transaction in the territory, it's only 5%, but with a lot of transactions that's a lot of money and a lot of resources to make the MC strong. <<less

Pretty good, that's it. It is a very decent written novel, and each of the happenings are, though repetitive and a bit dull, not that boring to read. It does get fastidious when the same items are being shown over and over again and as the continuity of the story is not very well clear, as well as a ton of data being ignored and not written out of probably laziness.

But even then, reading this was a good break from all other novels and though it really had no good... more>> main point, it at least started and ended how it should. <<less

Honestly a 4.5 but I didn't think it deserved 4 stars so I gave it a 5 instead. Don't expect romance at all

Tbh can't rlly say much after binging this for 2 days, all I know is that I liked this a lot and rated it base on plot, writing, and how much I liked it. So what id say is give it a go

It's a very satisfying reading for me, no overkind or s*upid MC but just a normal girl who is hoarding in the apocalypse. Read it to relax your brain and take a break from your normal reading routine. As other people said the romance part is almost zero, it was never about "them" but more about the game and the process of them getting to know a bit of each other

A nice, short and fluffy "game-based city management" novel. The city development is cool, the multiple perspectives and the system-challenges are interesting and the MC is not unlikable. 4*

I won't give 5* as the whole fight and skill system does not play any role (the author clearly pivoted away from it), the author often floods chapters with random item descriptions (paid by wordcount?) and the end is a bit lackluster.

What a fun read! The translators did a fantastic job with this light hearted survival novel and with the fun recap at the beginning of the chapters. I like that it was more strategy and survival than drama/romance/angst with apocalyptic settings and our MC is pretty lovable and logical IMO

I really liked this Novel. Short but kept you engaged and wanting for more. I also think it ended appropriately. It did not try to prolong itself longer than it should. The "Game" had set it's rules and it was followed. No sudden twist.

If there is anything I would like to ask the author, maybe a bit more epilogue, to see the outcome for the named survivors. But if there is none. I am ok with it as well. Thank you to the Author, the Publisher, the Translator and others... more>> responsible for finishing this and for letting me read this story

I would definitely buy an English version of the book if I come across it <<less

Overall a very refreshing novel, not as dramatic (dog blood) as a lot of Chinese novels. It's a little different than what I expected? It's basically ... more>>
Spoiler

the game Don't Starve ported to an apocalyptic game world, where the plot is largely focused on overcoming each season's challenges. As the story goes on, the focus also shifts from our MC's journey to full-on territory management, meaning a lot of the story is about everyone's life in the village, framed around the perspective of the character's.

As you might guess from the tags, the romance is very minimal with the ML being an important side character, but largely just another member of the gang.

[collapse]

I will say that the ending of this story feels rather rushed. The important points are all covered, and it's not shoddy in any way, but we suddenly start speeding through to the end. It feels more like the author ran out of things to write about and wanted to wrap things up than, say, the series got axed and ended prematurely, although the ending felt a little unsatisfying as it lacked the buildup and gratification of making it through that the other arcs had. <<less

Just finished the story. Absolutely loved it! The story is written well, I feel like I was reading a Manga. That’s how vivid the explanation/descriptions are! Glad that the protagonist is not too OP. I’ve added this to my list of must reads!

Read the first few chapters and I was hooked! Definitely worth the time. MC is independent and super likable. She isn't too cold hearted and also wasn't kind. If I would to rate her character then it would be 11/10. Her personality is all I prefer for novels (though its rare to Find one)

There is not much romance, ML doesn't admit his feelings neither does the FL (she's oblivious to the ML'd feelings. She considers the ML as one of her benefactor and ML's feeling is only revealed to... more>> readers around the ending of the novel.

Mostly survival based. Hoarding, army building, Npc, food gathering and stuffs like those.

The side stories of the other characters are also refreshing and likable. I especially enjoyed the people's expression and complex feelings who came from other bases to thethe MC base.

Would highly recommend to read if your're into survival games. <<less

it's interesting so far- MC is independent, and not unnecessarily cruel. The world-building is alright so far. The characters interaction is slowly build up, taking into consideration the expected response in such situation. Plus, the translation is good.
