Plot summary: Protagonist 'dies', then awakens past life memories resulting in his preference for women switching to match ours. He runs away from home to avoid being r*ped by his "beautiful" orc mother and travels far by prostituting himself to adventurers. Beauty = status, "beautiful" women can get away with infidelity, r*pe etc. Male prostit**es are well respected and supported by the government. Cliche fantasy setting with non-human races (beastkin, dwarves, elves etc), monsters, adventurers magic etc.

Shallow, the low rating is well deserved. Features all the cliches from series with reverse beauty standards, without doing anything interesting. The protagonist is bland, likely intended to serve as a self insert. Heroines are just standard stereotypes who become submissive to the protagonist after s*x. No romance, they're just s*x friends. S*x scenes are mediocre. World building is a mixed bag. There's some interesting ideas like the fact magic stones power household appliances, but produce 'magic pollution' that creates monster, that in turn get hunted for ingredients. But on the other hand most of it isn't well thought out, like the heavily biased male-female ratio hasn't had any impact on society.
