There's enough here for a verdict.

Its a blast. The character has wit and humor. The writing is just fast enough to give you what you want when the urge strikes, but seems to take its time well enough so they always land with flair.

Don't know if its been updated but it feels like the pronoun situation is less relevant later maybe they tuned in?

It's not bad. Translation is an issue, as simple thing like gender flipped in the same paragraph talking about the same person. Readable, but I had to do double takes on exposition dumps.

I like the MC despite his somewhat jaded pessimistic vibe. I'm a bit reserved to say more as the MC's characterisation so far is that of a gamer: he likes to win. It is too narrow to call that and what shown inbetween his modern sensibility a personality atm, but he is very interesting.

novel is pretty decent so far

translation is also ok enough, it's presumably machine translation without any proofreading but yeah, the machine translation engines are better these days so the obvious mistakes are mostly just wrong pronouns

a funny/annoying thing is that it appears "dark mage" used to be translated as "witch" at some point and the translator decided to just substitute all occurrences of "witch" with "dark mage", without any regex

which causes *fun* things like turning bewitched into bedark mageed, twitched -> tdark mageed, etc., happens about once in every other... more>> chapter and is pretty confusing until you figure out what's going on <<less
