Completed. As the summary said, MC work by handling or addressing Concerns and Resolving Disputes among Different Races by using his magic. This sentences mighy be misleading though as it make people think using force. But actually, the problem he must handle is different. It is actually rarely required force, instead it required more about negotiations and diplomatic skills. Correction, the case MC usually handle is heavy case, so he sometimes (or many times) use forces or nearly everytime use magic to solve his case. By the end of story,... more>> it is he is wellknown as person who handle heavy case in his department. In this story, we can see how discrimination works between different race and how MC must solve it differently. So far, there is medusa, centaur, vampire, succubus, slime, and there might be many many more different race. The work done is a hard work where people will come to complaints to MC and his co-workers then ask then to help solving this unfair discrimitation case.

So far, I like MC's way of handling the case. Throughout the chapter so far, MC doesn't treats anyrace as lower or higher than himself. Instead, he look straight at them with same level. He also doesn't belittle or think lightly of every complain he get, instead, he will listen patiently to try to understand the complains and try to solve them following the procedures. His actions and patience shown his trust that the people who complains have their own reasons of complains. He also doesn't dismiss the complainer even if the complains sound ridiculous. Instead, he judge objectively what happen from explaination of the person. He (and his department's people) also have habit to ask bot preparators and the victims of what happens instead of just one side blaming the preparators. In every case, MC is shown that he have memorize characteristice of each race and check the procedures or the solution. He is a surpringly gentle and strict person. I think I speak too much about this. About the plot and what happen to MC, there is a sentences that MC says perfectly describe it. " The incident itself was very complicated. How nice would it be if it could be a simple story where that person is a villain and is punished? But the world is not simple."

Aside from that, to be frank the way he and his team member handle every task (while sighing) is a good benchmark for customer service care.

The MC is a wizard who cannot expand his mana in first life. So in his lifetime, he research a circle/magic so in his next life, he can become a normal wizard like others. Now that he got reincarnated, he's such a muchkin in civil servant office, everyday work helping people who complained with his power.
