Zhu Qingchen, who tragically passed away at 20 and was posthumously named “Prince’s Tutor,” was chosen by the system as a “good teacher” to complete various tasks—each in a different dog-blooded novel.

Zhu Qingchen: Is the “Prince’s Tutor” title just for show?

System: No way! Absolutely not!

In the ancient world, the protagonist was a brilliant scholar who studied hard for ten years, only to be taken advantage of by a s*umbag the night before his imperial exam. The next day, sick with a fever, he collapsed before the emperor and was exiled to the frontier for a decade. Afterward, the s*umbag tried to rope him into rebellion, eventually making himself emperor and trapping the scholar in the palace as his queen.

Zhu Qingchen: Wait, what? Waking up with a “whoosh”, Zhu sharpened his knife all night at the door, ready to protect his top scholar.

[No one messes with my star student!]

In the modern world, the protagonist ranked last in his class for three years but turned it around to place first right before the college entrance exam. However, the s*umbag ripped up his admission ticket the night before, causing him to miss the exam. He finally entered the New Western School, where he was humiliated by the s*umbag’s arrogant boss during a school celebration.

Zhu Qingchen: What the hell? Zhu “swooshed” on his little electric donkey, escorting the protagonist to the exam hall.

I testify! This is my student; let him go in to take the exam first, and then come out to make up his identity certificate!

[He doesn’t need an admission ticket; he can take the exam first and worry about paperwork later!]

In the ABO world, the protagonist was a beta with average abilities, but his grades were good enough for the best university in the empire. The s*umbag concealed his scores, locked him in a room, and prevented him from attending university, turning him into a canary and forcing him to bear three children. He even made him wear women’s clothing to an imperial banquet, where the protagonist’s identity was exposed, humiliating him in front of the imperial marshal.

Zhu Qingchen: Excuse me, what?! He broke into the room with a “swoosh”, rescuing the protagonist from the nightmare.

To make matters even better, the imperial leaders intervened and took action. The imposing imperial marshal announced in front of the cameras, “Anyone who dares to steal talent from the empire is an enemy of the world.”

Zhu Qingchen, who was on standby, showed a brilliant smile with eight big white teeth and gave a thumbs-up. “Well said!”

Not a bad way to waste some time, easy to MTL. I do not recommend if your looking for a romance focused novel.

Novel is about MC going to each world and helping a student in different ways to break free from abusive love. I actually really liked this authors outlook on love and the author does not use r*pe as a revenge and in facts stops it from happening to one of the crematorium protagonists.

I almost dropped this novel after the first world as there was zero hint of romance,... more>> but I kept with it because I'm just desperate for anything to read. I mostly glad I did. Not much romance between MC and ML and his students have zero romance with anyone.

MC is fun. While the MC seems frivolous at first, he really cares about his students. He is a decent MC.

Spoiler

there is one part about his character setup that bothered me. Supposedly he knows from the beginning that the villain ML is actually his friend from his OG world, but he doesn't really show that at all.

In fact, he acts like a big dummy and distances himself from the ML until he finally guesses it out loud. The author does give reasons, but it feels really forced.

Not sure if it was supposed to be a twist with little to no foreshadowing, or if the author changed their mind about the reveal half way through. Either way, I didn't like how it was executed.

[collapse]

ML is kind of just there to help the MC for most of the story. It becomes obvious quickly who he really is. When we do finally find out more about the ML I find him sweet.

The romance... is non existent for most of the novel. There are hints of romance, kind of, but even when the MC figures out who the ML is, not much happens. By that time in the story I was fine with no romance, I found the stories and face slapping in the stories more interesting, so much so that when the final real world happens, I was bored with the MC and ML's relationship.

All the students in each of the stories have different personalities and differnt guidance needed. The author goes from ancient to modern in a rotation, with a random future ABO world thrown in (disliked the ABO world) also there are 2 linked worlds and 1 revisited world (loved the revisited world)

The extras were boring to me and I was waiting for the systems to be reunited with them in some way. The systems were not annoying and added some fun and comedy. There are a couple of plot holes and some themes dropped, but I didn't find them a big deal.

All in all I would recommend this for those who like face slapping crematorium protagonists and aren't looking for romance as the main part of the story.

This novel made me think that maybe I like this format of QT more than instant romance QT, who knew. I've never stuck with a light or non-romance QT long enough before this one. 🤣 <<less

I really like this story and how it refuses to acknowledge the kind of abusive, dogblood s*umbag romance as love or actual romance, pointing out how none of the abusive tops love others as much as they love themselves. The whole story is quite entertaining, even if the MC has some Gary Stu qualities, and both he and the ML are generally quite OP; the op-ness is still reasonable and within the limits of their character and background.

This novel also has a sequel (在狗血文里做返聘老师[快穿]) and even side stories such as... more>> 小君后, which is an AU where young Zhu Qingchen meets the Li Yue of 10 years after his own death. A great thing for those who loved this novel and still wanted more ouob <<less

I love the MC here. He doesn’t treat the worlds as just a mission to get over with and treats all the “NPCs” around him as real people and treats them kindly, but not naively. It’s nice to see the people in return respond to his kindness with kindness of their own. This isn’t the self serving, cunning kindness or the kindness without thought of consequences we see so often in MCs these days, but true, thoughtful kindness, and I love it so much.

I’m also loving the relationships in this... more>> story so far and the somewhat comedic tone.

I hope this novel stays true to what I’ve read so far, as from chapter one this has quickly become a new favorite of mine. <<less

MC: Zhu Qing Chen

ML: Li Yue

This novel is a GEM!

... more>> Below I have written the details that I think should be known to all the readers who are planning to read this novel.

A Quick Transmigration novel with a Romantic subplot. So unlike the usual BL QT where the main focus is on Romance, here Romance is the secondary focus and MC helping his students is the main focus of the plot.

But just not being the main focus of the plot, doesn't means that ML was not important to MC. It should be mentioned that MC agreed to complete his mission only because he wanted to resurrect and meet ML (& other friends too).

MC is very lazy, if not for helping people he would rather take roots in his bedroom and keep munching snacks all day. So, if you are here for a, MC who is motivated to improve everyday in his life, tries to learn new things in every world, is OP, is always independent and never relies on ML's help. Then, this novel might not be for you.

On to Romance, it is very slow. And if you are looking for R18 love then you'll definitely be disappointed as MC even

refused to recognise ML until the 3rd last world (I think). And why is that?
Spoiler

Because ML will need to be dead like MC to be a task taker. So MC refused to recognise and acknowledge all the subtle hints that ML gave him about his identity because he didn't want to think that ML died.

[collapse]
Another reason for this is that MC & ML are from Ancient times and they think that nothing should done before marriage. So we only get sleeping on the same bed as childhood best friends and sometimes kissing of hands and cheeks. That is until the ending of last world.

Why should you definitely READ THIS?
    • ML is a Green flag. MC & ML both are so understanding, accommodating and respectful towards each other. They love each other in such a subtle way that it's like a breath of fresh air.
    • MC is genuinely a nice person. He puts in true efforts to help his students not just to complete his mission.
    • Want a MC who refutes and reasons against Typical Melodramatic tropes.
    • A light and healing novel of seeing someone help someone and them becoming a better version of themselves.
I sincerely recommend everyone to read this novel if you don't mind the 'warnings' I gave.

I wrote all of this because I don't want people to stumble upon this gem, expecting something from this (snu snu, motivated or OP MC) and ending up being disappointed. And this novel getting a low rating and review. <<less

This novel is unique in that MC does not get together with any of the protagonists of the task worlds. Instead ML is from MC's original world and followed him into the task worlds. ML transmigrates into the villains of the stories while MC transmigrate into the shou protagonists' teacher. Between them, they take down the early gong protagonists easily as they transmigrate into positions of power. Later in harder levels, their identities weren't as powerful. This is where I start to hate the way they dealt with gong protagonists.... more>> It becomes more of shouting matches and the loudest shouter (MC) wins. Like what kind of court allows the defendant and witness to shout at each other while the judges and lawyers just watch. Anyway, in the end MC and ML return to their original world and live happily ever after. <<less

Short arc, and it's kinda light story. It's about the young scholar MC died early. To Resurrect, he and the system gather the healt point by transmigrated into wife chasing crematorium novel as a teacher and safe the protagonist from unfair ending. The system is cute, I like it
