Well, I got really about the synopsis so I read the raws of this WN but......

It's just any other typical harem romcom you'd find but with the ntr stuff just to add more drama, pointless drama at that, between the characters in the story and executed really poorly.

So just save yourself from the disappointment and just find and read a generic harem romcom, sigh........

To those wondering how can this be a comedy with this scenario, and how one can enjoy this one. I want you to do one thing, and that is to not take it seriously. This story is absolutely silly. Do not self-insert, do not emphatize, and again DO NOT TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. Take the saying “Far its a comedy, near its a tragedy” to heart, and just laugh at the absurdity. Seriously, I can’t stop laughing on how much of a car wreck this is. Its like a late... more>> night soap opera with comedy.

with that said while I think this novel is worth a read for the reason of wanting to find out how much more silly it gets. I do think its one of those junk food reads that is not really a masterpiece, but still entertaining. <<less

The moment it got my interest, it had done 80% of the work as the light novel.

This novel also depicts some real life scenario where you would come across if you had been ntrd.

While sometimes I feel like beating the crap out of MC, I just sometime have to agree with him.

Super doormat generic beta indecisive and somewhat dense romcom MC that you always seen in every generic tr*shy HS romcom, except it has real NTR (plays in the past), cuck MC, no comeuppance of the b*tches (but all of it goes toward the cuckolder instead as the author made them somehow 1D villain), and horrible female characters except Ange.

The drama here is are utterly forced, pointless, and extremely poorly executed. The 'redemption' (as if I could call that!) is just like the drama, utterly forced, pointless, and poorly executed (again).... more>> The misunderstanding subplot always play almost in every chapters need to disappear since it's not funny at all and yes, the 'comedy' here is as bad as the drama is. How poking fun at MC experiencing NTR (worst mother af!) and being a virg*n is funny???

MC is... eugh. It's hard to root for him when he act like cutboard. This forced sympathy because he have no backbone to stood for what he choose is annoying af! He is too generic with cuck fetish slapped on him. He also let people, even the exes walk over him. f*cking insufferable.

Honestly, I think this tr*sh would be better as NTR smut instead. At least, I could fap to it instead of dealing with countless nonsensical useless NTR drama that I don't need. <<less

This is not a novel for everyone. And no, I'm not talking about the NTR, its just scraped by in the first chapters and used as a club so the girls feel bad but we all know the MC will end up with them anyway (that or just make an open ending).

The real problem with the novel is its comedy, Phoenix Wright levels of puns and double meaning, but without a dedicated company and months of work to localize the jokes. I don't blame the TL, his work is good... more>> quality and fast but he is one man. He's forced to leave the jokes as is and the novel suffers because of it.

The novel itself isn't even all that good but the japanese magic makes it so I read chapter after chapter. <<less

Went to read the raws but its almost unreadable because of the large amount of Japanese inside jokes, informal Japanese, as well as the constant yapping nonsense of the MC.

MC was somewhat cool in the first dozen of chapters, he handled it properly when dealing with the "heroines". But in later chapters he becomes stale when his dirty and dark humour are only catching strays (not my kind of comedy, but it feels off when MC makes fun of on police officers for doing their job). Comedy and drama caused... more>> by misunderstandings in this story have become too egregious at this point.

Characters are 50/50. Some are interesting such as the MC's guardians being foreigners and are swell people, and some are unbearable like the MC's half-sister. I usually skimmed the chapters whenever the "heroine's" mother or the model showing up because these characters are redundant and the MC will yap some more.

I enjoyed seeing the "heroines" suffer from their consequences, hearing their story and moved on progressively with the help of the MC. I would recommend you to read if you like reading those parts mentioned. <<less

if you ever got frutrate to the point of wanting to blow the ass out of MC in ntr novel Or feel like the girl absolutely deserve it and MC should stop being a bit*h about it.

i think this novel going help that itch, women do make a lot of s*upid point that while it is understandable for youth it is still very s*upid, and the MC know that and act befitting it. He hate the girl that throw their life away and get with ab*ser and have no sympathy... more>> for them. But when they need help, he without second doubt help them. It isn't an ntr and "serve you right" story but post-ntr story. <<less

It's a decent romantic comedy with a "regret" twist and unusually vulgar sense of humor. This kind of premise certainly offers a better explanation for why girls cling to the boy while boy is being reluctant about getting with them than your typical harem story.

I don't have any problem with MC's personality. He neither simps nor does any of the edgy revenge sh*t but carefully threads the middle ground of doing The Right Thing™ as a person, mostly for the sake of his own mental well-being.

Unfortunately later chapters absolved girls... more>> of responsibility by shifting all the blame on that-other-guy, devaluing all the previous conflict. The third girl showed some promise as a character (see spoiler) but novel went into hiatus before anything came out of it.

Third girl is a genuine two-faced bit*h and an abusive mother. I was looking forward to seeing her redemption arc. If author returns to finish this novel one day and somehow manages to pin all the blame on the same that-other-guy as well, I will be very mad.
