On a certain night of the full moon, Eve, a timid demon, was attempting to feed on human fear to satisfy her hunger. Suddenly, El, an elite angel from the celestial police force, appeared. She had been dispatched to capture Eve, who had repeatedly escaped after being caught. However, once again, Eve managed to slip away, with El in hot pursuit. At this point, the situation took an unexpected turn—they were attacked by a monstrous creature, forcing the two to cooperate in their escape.

Following this assault, the pair was ordered by their superiors to form a partnership to solve a series of strange incidents that stemmed from the attack. Though El and Eve initially resented this arrangement, the lonely angel and demon gradually deepened their bond and trust through their investigations.
