Early review, only read 40+ chapters at the moment. The premise of the story is really interesting. The holy emperor, the OP MC. First Princess, regressor, the template of the FMC you read where the FMC was ab*sed and not treated right that come back for revenge. The first prince, a player, based on the early chapter should be the usual gaming element and have a status window but did not have a spotlight right now. Lastly, the third prince, the transmigrator, also has the demon king with him and... more>> I assumed the main MC (even if the tag has multiple protags).

The problem I have with this story is the changing of POV and the story. One time you are on the right and it's not even finished and you notice you are already on the left. Something like that. The story is the accumulation of all the MC templates the author has many important characters that need to be established at the start. It's like a jack of all trades master of none. Too long for an introduction but too short to establish a liking for a character.

It's a challenging story but then again I'm under 50 chapters so maybe it's well-developed later in the story. <<less

Absolute masterpiece.

I've never bindged a webnovel this hard in my life. It never got boring, and every chapter left me on the edge of me seat.

The MCs personality is unique and quite funny, I loved how the author plays around with the entire family, and doesnt just make them 2d background characters, but have actual substance. I love how endearing the family can get, although the dont communicate it! And I love the holy emperors character. Even though I liked the story, the Demon King is genuinely so annoying and adds nothing to the story that I had to put the novel down. For that I will dock 1 star.

The translation is great, the premise is very fun and silly (good)

The first 2 chapters basically summarize the next 10 or so chapters afterwards, which makes it the most boring start, purely because we know beat by beat what to expect.

Beyond that, the story is really engaging, but I won't go into much else as so... more>> not to spoil, and partially because I set this book down due to being that annoyed towards the demon king. Even Navi from Legend Of Zelda, or Paimon from Genshin werent that annoying in comparison to that thing.

Its unique, it is fun reading. While it has its flaws, its still amazing. Only thing thats lacking personally is the fact MC is to reliant and sometimes a musclehead. But fortunately, its overshadowed by the intriguing plot.

Was a nice read and unique in its own right as you can probably tell from the summary, however where I'm at currently (C150) it has kind of just devolved into one of those classic 'everyone believes in the main character to handle it' kind of scenarios...

i.e, "Oh main character is on it? Then it'll be alright." / "Oh he said this? Then it must be true." (This is how it felt for me at least)

The first maybe 10 or so (a little bit more or less) chapters were a slog to read through though since it felt like too many unexplained things were happening causing it to read as more confusing than foreshadowing. Later on the pacing gets better when the we're just tackling one issue at a time though. <<less
