Please use proper spacing and paragraphs.A few months before his twentieth birthday, Roy lost his grandmother when a robber broke into their store. Left alone, Roy was deceived by a con man named Lee Dongjae, who approached him at his grandmother’s funeral, pretending to be her acquaintance. Dongjae used Roy for his purposes and then killed him. Desiring revenge but unable to do anything, Roy closed his eyes, full of regret.
When he opened his eyes again, he returned to the day of his grandmother’s funeral.
At this funeral, Dongjae appeared again, claiming to be indebted to Roy’s grandmother. Not missing this chance for revenge, Roy gritted his teeth and beat the shameless Dongjae, sending him to prison.
Despite taking revenge, Roy’s only family, his grandmother, was gone. Recalling his former exhausting life, Roy firmly closed the door to his heart. People spoke words of comfort to Roy while he managed the Seolleongtang restaurant left by his grandmother, but everything seemed fake to him.
Before the cynical Roy, another person appears.
Like Dongjae, this person also claimed to have a connection with Roy’s grandmother – Han Seongwoo.
Despite his bright appearance, the man is polite and obedient, with a strange obsession contrasting with his submissive attitude. He often visited the restaurant like a stalker, waiting for Roy all day, like a tamed dog-.
Sa Gongwoo
He has regenerative abilities with high physical recovery. Raised in a state orphanage, he continued to work as a hunter associated with the government after awakening his powers. His warmest memory is of Roy’s grandmother feeding him in his youth. Hearing the news of the grandmother’s death, he sets out to find Roy, but Roy didn’t believe him.
Despite Roy becoming prickly and sharp, unlike before, Seongwoo finds this simply charming and touching. He volunteers to be a devoted supporter, generously giving gifts, as he finds Roy adorably cute to death.
Cho Roy
Originally kind-hearted and cheerful, he became cynical after being deceived, killed, and then returned to the past. Falling into distrust of humanity, he decided never to allow himself to be used as a fool again. However, Han Seongwoo, who appeared after Roy’s grandmother’s death, consistently approaches Roy with kindness, even when Roy coldly pushed him away. Insisting that he would never trust people again, Roy can’t help but worry about Seongwoo, who continued to get injured.
One day, he suddenly gained the ability to open doors that could transport to certain spaces.
