Thanks to Gu Chen’s intervention, both he and Gu Yuena avoid the heavy injuries they originally suffered. To rebuild the soul beast faction on the Douluo Continent, the two seal away their powers, take human form, and infiltrate human society.
Gu Chen, along with Gu Yuena, joins Shrek Academy alongside Tang San and his team. However, his exceptional talent quickly draws the attention of powerful members of Spirit Hall, who attempt to forcibly recruit him.
