To put it plainly, this is non-con kink. If that's your thing, you'll probably love this. Personally, I'm not feeling any romance here. It's just chapter after chapter of the MC being miserable and getting forced by the ML. I'd consider this dark — your typical toxic omegaverse setup. The scenes are intense and brutal, with the ML clearly wanting to humiliate and make MC submit rather than the "I'm obsessed with you because I love you and I need to have you" kind of possessiveness I usually enjoy.
