I entered my favorite romance-fantasy novel, which I have read many times.

Thanks to the body of a wealthy commoner, I bought the status of a fallen aristocrat, attended a noble family’s gathering and observed the romance of the characters in the original novel.

I wanted to return to the real world after witnessing the ending.

But somehow, even after the ending, I was not freed from the body I possessed and remained living in the original novel.

As a result, I acquired the stories behind the scenes that I refused to comprehend.

My favorite sub male lead, Caelus, has died.

Living impoverished in the original work without him, I eventually fell ill and died.

Now, I wanted to return to reality.

However, the irony of fate has returned me to the end of the novel overnight. This is definitely… to save my beloved, right?

I love the FL's personality but not the interaction/chemistry between her and ML. From my pov, they dont have much talkings, actions, etc., everything happens so fast; so how can he love her? I read both Manhwa and Novel yesterday, and it was fun to see the revenge to protect her bias (ML), her admiration and enthusiasm for her idol.

To me, I'm not really into super strong FL and she met my expectation, not s*upid not super smart, not too cold not too hot. Hope you guys enjoy this novel... more>> too!! <<less

But aside from that, and the fact that 10 y later had no D update, this novel is unique.

1. She's loooong with each chapter being 4x bigger than other novels.

2. Hestia is crazy awesome female lead. She's smart, funny, vengeful, but also competent and emotionally a wreck.

3. Kaelus is slow burn romance. I questioned the smut tag but it was a great burn. I loved the fact that Hestia is true to her Stan even up to the 'anticlimactic' ending.

I think people are choosing not to read because people complained about the ending, but it was actually really refreshing for me. You don't always have to crush people to get your happily ever after. You don't have to "be the bad guy" for your loved ones if your loved ones just want to live happily ever after. The chapters after this "anticlimactic" ending were the most emotional and outright deep in the whole story.

One thing I absolutely adored about this is that hestia was able to bring down her foes and make them see the error of their ways even through their pride and arrogance. And the way she did it was a ride of political genius.

It's a long ride, but it was great. <<less

So good. Time worth. Badass FL... The Worst part was that we didn't find out Diana final and the final :v I wanted more... But I would be bad XD Like It's perfect, but I still felt sad bc it ended

K.... So it was good the FL was badass nd amazing but the end wasn't satisfying with Diana nd all yeah they should focus on their happiness also but that woman just did as she pleased till the end and what about Yuno that poor woman was just bought in like a breeding mare like she doesn't have a love life or anything..... She just has to give birth to a royal heir and hold parties better than Diana this was FL's revenge on Helios but what did Yuno do... more>> to get involved with this honestly that was disappointing I wonder if that poor girl who was obviously expecting some happy romance in her life just got sold by her parents 😤😤😤 <<less

This became one of my favorite novels of all time! The main characters are so likeable. The FL is smart, stronge-willed, wholesome, dedicated, etc.. I could go on! But all in all she has such an amazing personality. The ML is pitiful, but still smart and sensible, and he was respectful of the other girl’s rejection and tried his best to move on and overcome his depression. His character development is truly remarkable. The ml’s journey of moving on from a broken heart is very realistic and I appreciate the... more>> fact that the author didn’t make him fall in love with FL immediately given his situation (he literally tried to commit svic!de, that was how much he was in love and heartbroken with his previous unrequited love). So, although it was a slow start, their love story flourished organically, as it gave time for us readers to empathize with ML as he moved on and eventually fell in love with fl. AND THEY LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER <<less

Such a beautiful story.

The only minus point of this is, it's solely based on MC pov.

It would have been nice to have multiple pov.

Otherwise it's a healing second chance story which explains what love is.
