I started this movel in high hopes not realising how stressed it would make me. MC basically didn't catch a break in the whole novel. It was just emotionally draining for me. While I was reading this novel something stressful happened in real life making me not be able to stand reading this novel no more. Truly bad timing I guess. However I read till chapter 769 then skimmed through it to the end cuz I know if I take a break from it I won't come back to it. I was relieved when I "finished"it as if I was released from something trapping me.
The depiction of human cruelty, how much the powerless MC suffered under the hands of those born in power, how much she was lacking in love from the world was all too much for me. To top it all off the fact she forgives a whole lot of the villains especially No.6 at the end angered me so much. It's maybe because I am a human, I dont forgive easily. I have never in my life wanted to hug someone who has a "happy ending" at least on paper so much. This novel is great but was NOT for me.
