Losing some memories due to the accident’s aftereffects, forgetting about being married and even their spouse’s existence, is understandable too.

But having a tentacle monster in a suit as a husband?

“It seems to be an aftereffect of the accident.”

“So, to put it simply, doctor, you’re saying that because of the accident, something went wrong with my brain, and that’s why my husband looks like a tentacled monster?”

Her husband, who appears as a perfect man to everyone else, looked like a monster straight out of cosmic horror to her.

And the reality that differs from her memories.

“It’s okay. I remember you.”

“Ah…”

“If you don’t remember anything, just ask me. I know everything about you.”

Her perfect husband takes care of her with kindness, but she’s confused.

Could all of this really be a temporary side effect of the accident?

Lowering her chin, she glanced to the side. A tentacled monster with a fantastic body was sitting there. With all its tent**les drooping down, it looked quite dejected.

She took a picture with her phone. The tentacle monster was on the screen until she pressed the capture button. But when she checked the photo album, the tentacle monster was gone, replaced by a handsome man with a heartbroken expression.

“Um…”

“Yes, honey?”

“How did we get married? Did I blackmail you with your weaknesses or something?”

“Blackmail? You? Blackmailed me?”

As she raised her head at his amused tone, her eyes met a bundle of trembling tent**les. It was hard to tell with his form, but judging from his reaction, he seemed to be laughing.

“What if it was the other way around?”
