This was actually good.

I'm hoping that we get to see the MC grow since we're following him as a child.

So the story as you already know is about a prince who wants to have a friend. Now our little prince is naive and is easily fooled by his older brother but with his new friend Nil I know it's going to end.

Good quality children's raising novels It begins with the strange and unique method of recruiting friends for the 2nd prince who has no friends (a child with two different colored eyes: lianus) and a disaster victim who willingly accepted into the palace to raise the child prince because of his cuteness (a child with white hair: nihil).

I have to say I picked this up and read it without much thought. But instead, I actually found a treasure. Complex family (royal) relationships, friendships, everything slowly matures until it tastes good. The children's growth is truly amazing. What a child will be depends on the people around him. And I'm so glad nihill was the one to step in and fix it before it was too late.

Oh, And the important point is the identity of nihill. I really hope he can stay with the kids forever. He must have been hurt a lot. Isn't it about time that he could live happily with his friends? My beautiful baby nihill. <<less

The story goes like this, we have a prince and due to this "mana curse", he's kind of ignored. One day, he's on a carriage, and the carriage hits this child. The prince feels "attracted" to the child, asks to be friends, and the child goes along with it. They start living together. That's the basic premise.

She (I think it's a girl, mtl pronouns be whack as usual) seems like to be a reincarnated person from like 50o years ago, you can tell by the way she speaks.

The main character is nihil (the girl). They made Lian the MC, but the true MC is nihil. The title is also misleading since the only friend he has, is nihil, and there like no other child character.

The story is VERY cute at times, but the progression is SUPER slow. I was on chapter 40 and skipped around up to chapter 110, and I don't feel like I missed anything (I probably didn't miss anything). Only thing that changed is the fact Nihil is getting stronger and some other characters being introduced. I skipped around even more, going into chapter ~270, and nothing changed.

So from the looks of it, Nihil gets stronger and starts getting involved in the world more, and our boy Lian doesn't grow.

Pros and Cons from what I've seen

Pros:

• MC is still like 9 or 10 years old after 270 chapter. Mostly due to the fact there's not much timeskips, the novel is about ther MCs everyday life, quite literally, EVERYDAY.
• Lian doesn't seem to offer allat much to the story

Overall, it's good for the first 30 or so chapter. If anyone has read through more than me, please write a review because I skip a lot of chapters. So if there are stuff I missed, please write a review so I'll know, thx. <<less
