Wen Nan unexpectedly gets involved in a dating sim game. Though the game’s style is somewhat eerie, it excels in its deep character portrayal of the female leads, each one vividly developed.

As Wen Nan progresses through one sweet romance after another, he eagerly reaches the end.

【Congratulations! You are the first player to complete this horror escape game!】

Wen Nan, sitting on the throne, with one arm around a soft figure and the other holding a snow-white hand, hears the system’s congratulatory message and is left stunned: “Huh? A horror game? Isn’t this a dating sim game?!”

Title: Huh? Isn't This A Galgame?

Rating: 8/10

At first, I thought this was just another misunderstanding-type novel, where the MC gets a dating sim system while the world around him is more horror-themed. Turns out, it's just the MC who's mentally messed up 🗿.

Summary:

It’s about a main character who’s actually a mental hospital patient and suddenly gets transferred into a game world that’s supposed to be a mix of dating sim and horror? Oh, and he ended up in the hospital because he couldn’t tell the difference between hallucinations and reality (maybe schizophrenia?). So maybe he thinks all the horror stuff is just part of his own delusions.

The novel is good, but not so good that you must read it. It’s more of a “read it when you have free time” kind of novel.

If you say this novel sucks, maybe you just haven’t read enough harem stories.

People who don’t like harem usually say,

“Most harem novels are bad, that’s why I don’t read them.”

But people who do like harem usually say,

“Most harem novels are bad, that’s why I keep looking for the good ones.”
