First of all, before I write this review, I would like to ask where is the yandere tag?! where is the possessive male lead tag??! I dive into this novel without a clue and almost spit out blood as a result ! So far, I have only finished the first arc so I have no idea what kind of ML will be in the second arc but anyway my review here will be put as a reminder to future readers so you guys will know what will be in store... more>> for you:)

Here, we followed our MC, Ye He who died in a car accident and got picked up by a krypton/gold system who literally sucks money out of him. You want to live for one more day? then pay it's only 100 yuan per minute hehe. Ye He had no choice but to work part-time as an NPC inside a horror instance although he didn't know he was inside a horror world at first. Honestly, in my opinion, the MC is very gullible and weak but at least he's very positive, poor dude just wanted money to buy more time to live :") He's very dense and naive, idk how many times he got fooled by the system but their conversation is funny so I don't mind, I feel like he would have collapsed and given up much faster if it isn't bcuz of the system comforting him. BUT HE GOT THE LOOKS, some of the players including the ML fell for him, the MC is the typical naive, frail beauty who is easy to bully but still so dense about everything.

Literally, there was one time where he alr did the papapa with the ML, laying on the bed naked and he still thought the ML wanted to fight/threaten him ;-; idk how this poor guy's brain works

As for the male lead.... sigh. This guy is your typical obsessive yandere,

He locked up the MC and yea did you see that huge r*pe tag up there? prepare yourself. But the MC kinda dgaf? he even praised the ML's skills in bed afterward. Tbh Ye He doesn't care abt anything except money LOLL He's only afraid of ghosts and afraid of not having enough money :)

Also, there's more than one ML (they're the same person, just split up in the instance world) So you would see him getting jealous of himself on a daily basis which I found s*upid and funny at the same time

To those who is looking forward to a normal romance, I would like you to glance up at the words "sick blackened gong" in the description again before complaining. I would better not see dumb reviews with one star coming on here complaining about the ML. Overall, this is the type of novel I would read to satisfy my guilty pleasure :) For now, I will wait for the translated chapters to catch up first then I will read it again. <<less

There's no way someone like the protagonist can be SO this dull and naive. Everyone be touching your body and all you can do is tremble and you can't even do a single thing but just get teary eyed and wait for someone to save you like a damsel in distress. Also the system is so frickinh useless

This novel is completely in line with the Chinese idiom, "chicken talking to duck".

The MC didn't know anything, while the ML thought the MC was decieving him. The system keep lying to the MC while knowing nothing as well.

I haven't finished reading it, but I don't know why, but I felt tired reading this continues cycle. MC was protected very well as an important npc by the players and the ml.

I read many infinite novel with ignorant MC before. This is beyond having ignorant MC. The misunderstandings were picking up without being resolve. MC doesnt really care, he just want to live.

But the thing is, he is pague by ml. But MC is ignorant and doesn't care about the truth... he just go with the flow.

That's why completely curious how this becomes a romance. I'm sure there's an inexplicably mysterious past between MC and ml, and it involves this worlds... but I'm just in second arc, nevertheless, I'm already tired reading a yandere ML with an ignorant MC who don't care about anything.

I dunno, they don't have chemistry at all.

Look at novel The Haunted. I like it cause despite ml's yandere tendencies, MC still cares.

The MC in this novel was scared of ml, then the system will s*um MC, saying that ML is just an illusion or hallucinations. MC believed it which is ridiculous.

This is a tiring novel with forced plot. MC was binded with a system. The system kept MC alive in exchange for MC's money. So in the end MC was alive as long as MC has money. The thing is, the system already explain to MC from the very start that it will indroduce MC to some tasks and part-time jobs to gain money.

And in the first arc, MC could gain the money of ML by marrying him, but the system was worried about ML coming to the human world, so although it's reason is reasonable, what I don't understand is the thing about the second world.

Why do MC have to do the task? If I'm not mistaken, MC only has to earn a right amount of money in order to live and get away from the system. The system will bring MC to different worlds to gain money, not to accept. mission and do tasks.

But the moment MC and the system came to the second world, the system said "the task this time is hard."

What does it mean? Contrary to the words of the system in the first arc, which it said "part time jobs" to earn money-- that's why the MC works as a servant in the manor.

The function of the system is still there, but the goal totally collapse. MC completely has a freedom to earn money in different ways-- but because the plot doesn't allowed him to (because of the mission of other tasktakers or something), it forced him to walked the hard way.

It made me think that, what MC has to earn was the system coin not money from his job.

And the system was totally in control with the MC's life span and the money... making me think that it's just a farce and the system is just a useless thing send to decieve MC.

Well, I haven't finished reading it yet, so I don't know much about it. I'm still at the top of the iceberg... hahaha, I'm just ranting... <<less

The idea plot is actually good but the characters are tr*sh, especially the MC. He's like the frail and naive type of guy (and very annoying) that rely only in his good looks and the power of MC. I drop it off halfway (was hoping for the MC to grow up but no, still the dumb and naive damsel that can only cry and didn't use any logical thinking at all💀)

As for the ML, it's the typical crazy yandere possessive and obsessed ML that fall in love for the... more>> MC in one sight like a plot puppet to make MC shine

Good plot destroyed by the main character. <<less
