Its pacing is nice, protag works for a black company to make ends meet, unfortunately they fight magical girls so the protag always getting the rough end of the stick, Story develops as she gets ensnared in her company further and further, It's worth a read. Nice little rollercoaster of a plot.

The story is pretty great. It's a magical girl story told from the perspective of a henchman in the "evil corporation"'s forces. The MC, Jieun, is best friends with a magical girl and works for the corporation because she needs the money. The story focuses a lot on the "reality" of the situation. Where the good guys are a group with its own interests and the justice of magical girls is based around PR, and the evil corporation is staffed by people trying to pay their rent.

Surprisingly good and quite serious tone.

Reincarnated as the small fries fo Evil organization. Using previous life knowledge to survive and use power to transform into dark magical girl. Seem like silly plot as first until it reveal that source of MC power is "Despair" and it is play very seriously.

And even the Righteous Magical girls side ins't all that good either. The company backing them isn't pure white but more of a shade of Gray. Magical girls themselves are still mostly good and that is when problem start once they... more>> start to figured the Truth. <<less

This is a really good novel about Magical Girls but with a realistic world view~

It touches upon that not everything is good and not everything is evil, everyone moves towards their own goals. To the mob characters hoping to get on the Magical Girls' 'Leader' good graces and potentially step into the limelight, to the government being a government by trying to benefit from both sides and wipe their hands clean when things get shitty, to the weight of their actions and potential consequences, to the emotional turmoils... Everything flows... more>> in a realistic manner that gives this novel life and tension.

It's a genuinely good read!

As for the translation. It's good but perhaps due to recent schedule changes recently from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. to an upload everyday. Some chapters have been translated poorly so watch out for those because it's like reading Google Translate from 2016.

Also use an Ad Blocker because the webpage owner of the translation site has been greedy lately, sometimes forcing you to watch an Ad by blocking the site until you watch it. It previously didn't have that and was playing Ads in the background like any other sites. <<less
