This is an amazing piece of work. The novel starts off slow for first couple chapters and then suddenly picks up. The plot that follows is extremely engaging and very original. I haven't seen any novel with this particular premise so far.

The characters are likeable and memorable, the world building is decent. The writing and translation both are very admirable. Will recommend 9.9/10

The story is excellent, fresh, and unique. No one has thought of blending Asian shamanism with medieval fantasy culture, and the author executes it brilliantly. The character portrayal is remarkable— the MC is not your typical goody-two-shoes pushover with no backbone. Instead, the MC has negative traits that make him more relatable to readers. For example, when he receives a big reward after completing a request, he feels happy, but fate forbids him from taking more than what he's entitled to, leading to misunderstandings about his true nature. This makes... more>> him appear saintly, even though it's the god he serves who limits him. This aspect adds layers of intrigue and excitement to the story.

However, I feel the world-building introduction is somewhat lacking. But it's too early to judge definitively. Considering the author's track record of delivering a well-packaged story, I have high expectations. For now, I'll give it 4 stars just to be save <<less

This novel is quite good. The only downside is the lack of released chapters and because somethings can be hard to understand. Like sometimes you cant tell who is talking or where they are physically. Missing nuances that don't necessarily need to be there but would definitely help guide readers.

However the characters, setting, and even concept are TOP notch. This story is unique in a great way. Even someone thats not Korean can easily understand the concept of shamanism just by how they portray it in this book. I love... more>> the MC. He takes his job seriously and understands its importance but he also grumbles and talks to himself when dealing with the annoying parts.

All the characters think he's so pure hearted, but he views his life in a more fate oriented - I don't have a choice - kind of way. This feels very consistent with his setting and the impact of shamanism as a whole.

I hope they update it soon!! <<less
