There's a fine line between "cool" levels of overpowered and something being incredibly uninteresting to read about. I believe this one falls more towards the latter. Not due to the time stop, as that's meant to be overpowered, but due to the protagonist, who seems to be a multitalented freak of nature capable of anything, apparently.

swordsmanship, magic, tactical analysis, analysis of people's personalities, politics/political maneuvering, and is apparently, during some BS 6 month time skip, good enough to connect with one of the largest supernatural noble-like figures in Japan and receive marriage proposals from her, his own personal maid, and the right to live in their mansion as a guest...

Almost all of that was either gained during the time skip, or is stuff he already had. Especially the last portion of that paragraph, all of that was obtained entirely through the time skip, which we didn't even get a summary of. Keep in mind, this time skip lasted 6 months at most. He's also the "second most talented person ever" or whatever, only behind one of the female leads.

To put this bluntly, it's boring. Overpowered protagonist are fine, but making some hyper competent machine able to do anything isn't. I feel like this one tried to follow in the footsteps of Time Stop Player, only to horrendously misinterpret that series best point; the protagonist didn't have anything other than time stop, meaning even in the frozen world he had to put effort in! Seriously, this characters only interesting character traits so far are that he wants to survive, can do literally everything he wants easily and that he's got a squint.
