Theyre so cute! FL can read minds and has been hurt bc of that and now that she meets MC she doesnt know how to feel bc MCs thoughts lines up with what he says

And MC is awkward with her and he looks very stoic typical duke of the north vibes but is very caring asking what her fav food is, hobbies etc ofc hes also like 'she cant stay with me bc shes supposed to be with someone else like in the novel>~<' so im hoping that gets resolved... more>> soon.

Ps this is an academy novel and also looks like it has political stuff later but rn its just pure love and im hoping it stays that way🙏 <<less

pretty s*upid, I can't believe someone can write something like this. Like, who on earth would not know what a DATE is, and his first date, he took her to the magic department to attend a class????? Seriously, let's not forget this dude is 20 years old and additionally 20 to 30 years from Earth, and he acts like this is so HUGE Turn Off

So far.... This novel avoids overused tropes by focusing on organic character growth and subtle emotional tension. The MC isn't a cliche on-edge hero trying to "fix" the story or the FL—instead, his quiet, unintentional way of behavior towards the FL reshapes her path. Similarly, the FL isn't a cartoonish villainess; her mind-reading ability and isolation make her distrustful yet deeply vulnerable. Their relationship develops through authentic interactions, not forced drama.

It's rare that I find male MC in rofan suit my taste. From the tag this is pure love and sometimes switch to FL pov. So far all the character is likeable and cute (exclude the crown prince).

Our MC is had sharp, cold, and handsome appearance but had mature, distance, a bit pure personality. And our FL is beautiful girl, who had trauma of her past and her powers.

A super cute story with a great level of inner character turmoil that builds up the tension. While the premise itself is not particularly novel, there is enough uniqueness and non-cliché developments/interactions for it to be refreshing. While I wasn't dying of laughter, I was definitely smiling throughout.

MC is fairly reasonable as well. He thinks things through and is good at reading people so dumb misunderstandings from other webnovels have not occurred so far. This also makes the misunderstandings that do occur

a lot of fun to read.

Supporting characters add to the story. Nothing spectacular, but better than the one-purpose characters that add nothing real to the story or the characters.

Some people might be put off by the main character's desire for his fiancée to get closer to the male leads and follow the original story, but IMHO they're being extra. He thinks he's in a rofan story and that the FL is meant to be with one of the MLs, that one of the MLs are her perfect partner, so of course he's going to start off in the story as unwilling to get in the way of their 'happiness'.

All in all, if you like male protagonist rofan and don't want to take something super seriously, you should check it out. No need to analyse complex schemes or power systems, just a lot of sweetness and well-built tension. :) <<less
